Edit:This time we decided to dine in and due the buffet. Some of the meat that we wanted to have was near cold and not enough for 5 people, but being hungry we had it anyway. Of course it didn't taste too great. We were able to get a fresh batch later but it wasn't enough for 5 people, again. And we never were able to get anymore of the meat we wanted as it got more busy at the buffet. My hint to da server at my dissatisfaction fell on def ears. Overnight i started to have stomach pains that got worse. I believe this was from the old meat i ate from the buffet. Also setvice was a little on the not so great side. Will have to try dinin next time and order off the menu instead of buffet and see how it all goes. For now one star off the 5 i gave last time, because my stomach is still hurting. Happy eats everybody! Great selection of Mediterranean food. Got takeout so didn't get to experience full dine-in service, but I'm sure it's good. This place is kept very clean, which led me to leave 5 stars. We got a veriety of foods for takeout; the chicken kabbabs n rice was the best part of the deal. Wouldn't hesitate to go back n dine-in next time! Happy eats!

Beautiful restaurant. I've been here a few times since I discovered it. Nice Persian, Mediterranean atmosphere. The food was excellent, with plenty of choices. The service and the servers are outstanding. I'm looking forward to going back.

NOPE! Very... different. I've really been feeling Mediterranean food. Tried this place, will not be going back. Food is barely ok. Not even salt at my table. Completely empty restaurant with A/C off on a hot day, but I waited almost 30 minutes for my food. The garlic butter that is usually SO bomb is like mayonnaise. Gross! And the server didn't visit my table to refill my drink EVER. I wanted a combo kabob (chicken/steak) the waitress said NO(?!?) then said the combo chicken/steak only comes in koobideh. Here's me willing to pay whatever for what I want but she said they CAN'T give me 1 chicken 1 steak kabob. Maybe if I came with no expectations I'd be less dissatisfied. But this place ... is not for me (SUX)

It’s middle eastern foot not Persian at all. Beef koobideh was so dry . Brag Laban was okay, chicken koobideh 👎🏻and chicken kebab was ok.

I ordered two plates and was extremely disappointed. The Baghali polo was essentially white rice with only a hint of baghali, and the Adas polo was no different, just white rice with a faint trace of Adas.

Very good mediterraneo cuisine.. Everything we had was well prepared with nice portions. Grape leaf and hummus apetizer, salmon, beef,, Lamb and chicken all good. Even deserts are nice.

a long wait, but well worth it for the beef bargs we all got- fantastic beef and even better pistachio baklava. ideally the meals would come with more/bigger grilled tomatoes and peppers but i think the rest of it well made up for that.

The food was absolutely fantastic. We arrived a little early for lunch, and the place wasn't very busy. The waiter was nice. But two weird things: they have an assortment of beer on the menu but actually had no beer. Only the two nonalcoholic beers were available. And for some reason the food didn't travel well. We took the leftovers home and a few hours later the chicken and rice just lost all flavor. It was odd.

I came here with my parents and my in laws and we absolutely loved the food. Everything tasted great and our server was so welcoming and kind. The service and food was overall great! We will definitely be coming back!

The food was delicious, and the attention was top-notch. My mom got the Beef Barg, and it was amazing! So tender and juicy. I got the chicken and beef Koobideh, and it was pretty good, too. The chicken had a lot of flavor. We will definitely be back.
