A nice place to have your favourite KFC in Dibrugarh.

One of the most popular resturant in Dibrugarh, kFC offers a wide range of chicken items-boneless chicken, with bone chicken, chicken popcorn. They also offer burger, chicken bucket, French fries, pepsi, ice cream. They also offer a variety of sauce. The price is also reasonable and the staff offer quick service. They also accept online order and deliver it quickly through swiggi. The resturant is clean and tidy. Wish the management and staff of Dibrugarh KFC best of my wishes. Parking vehicle in this area is difficult. Today I visited the resturant and had ordered for nanchoes with meat ball, a chicken zing burger, French fries, coke and eggless maionies. The payment was made through credit card. The order arrived within 5min and i ate it very quickly, the order items were very tasty and finger licking good. My tummy was very full today. Again I visited today with family, the quality was good and the restaurant was full with people. I took a burger and chicken bucket boneless. Enjoyed the meal today.

Visited KFC after a long craving for crispy chicken! Went in for the Wednesday bucket of 12pcs boneless chicken strips for 350 rupees (as shown in advertisements) but costed us around 368 rupees. FOR THE FOOD WE ORDERED :- 1> Wednesday Bucket of 12pcs boneless chicken strips ×1 - 368 rupees. 2> Pepsi and small size fries ×3 - 99 rupees each. For the Wednesday bucket the price was not similar that to the price shown in the ads. Some pieces within the 12 were uneven and too small, which should be looked into, as IMO should be equal, other than that it was all good and genuinely tasty to fulfil my long craving for some KFC & could match the price for it's quality. For the pepsi and fries add on, which costed 99 each, the fries even though small size was filled good and was enough, but the pepsi could've costed less for the quantity they provided with as it was almost filled with ice cubes. So for food 4/5 FOR STAFF SEVICE :- The staff was neat, clean and very quick responding, we could easily place our order and get it within a very favorable time and also got changes real quick! So for staff 5/5 FOR THE SITTINGS AND ENVIRONMENT :- The environment was very customer friendly with glass walls to make everyone feel safe inside, the walls are well decorated and is very Instagram friendly, the sittings are well located and were comfortable. So for that 5/5 So overall 4/5 and is highly recommended!

Kfc always tastes the best!! Still experienced a lag of service as straws for drinking coke was not provided.

I have been eating KFC from so many years even when there was no KFC store in entire North East, but had a very bad experience with KFC store at Dibrugarh....the order receiving counter boy alongwith packing boys plays there tricks when customers take stuffs for take out...They pack ordered items lesser than which is ordered....Yes I agree that there might be mistake once but if it happens twice then obviously intentional...I was the victim of First instance and my sister was second, which happened today. Very disappointed KFC Dibrugarh.

Ordered veg zinger burger and virgin mojito. Poor stuffing of burger . Never expected such poor quality from KFC. Sharing photos of burger and mojito being served . Disappointment

I like the place... Staff is good.... Everything is available except krushers , that i dont like about Dibrugarh KFC... Baaki everything is nice.... And space is enough... Cool place... Worth visiting

I went with my younger sister she likes it. But the fries were not good , it was not crispy.

It goes without saying there are plenty of fast food joints that serve fried chicken — purveyors of piping hot poultry, if you will. And they're probably all valid in their own unique ways. But, let's be real, when you've got a craving for some killer fried chicken, your car basically pilots itself to one drive-thru in particular: KFC's.♥️

Good place to eat, same as all other KFC. Most items of KFC available here. It is in the main Bazar area of Dibrugarh. My overall experience in nice with minimalistic delivery time.

Worst service ever!!! Didn't meet upto expectations. Waited long for order. However food was good.

Few days back I ordered KFC from the shop in Dibrugarh through swiggy. I got very disappointed. They gave us micro mini pieces of chicken and not the usual size. But the price was same! Have KFC change the chicken sizes of its items?

The staff is ridiculously rude and lack proper training. They are short on staff as most of them were helping in the kitchen, there was no one in the counter to take orders at first. Even after that, they took quite long to get us the order, this joint is running just for the food but needs proper management

Who doesn't like KFC! But this place has limited seats for customers... They should extend it im my opinion... In times of ocassion there is no place for your hungry tummy.

I placed an order 4 mins before closing and they didn’t disappoint me!! Food was warm, quantity was also good, plus the order got delivered in less than 20 mins. Happy with the order! Thank you🥰

The worst experience ever at KFC had tried KFC at other places its much much better. The chicken roll was so bad i would have rated it zero stars unfortunately not available. The classic zinger burger was also not up to the mark. The chicken box consisted of just small leg piece and two strips wheres at Jorhat KFC they provide a huge breast piece. Very very disappointed with the food ain't recommending anyone to go there.

Supposedly "French fries" tastes like home made potato fries 😂. Need to work on it. Others were fine.

I went to KFC Rangghar Mall, Dibrugarh at about 4 pm. I wanted to order one classic biryani meal I was refused by a reply “ Biryani Khatam ho gaya “ . Again I wanted to order a Popcorn Maggie, I was refused with a reply “ Woh Bhi khatam ho gaya “ . Then I settled with a classic zinger box but with a statement- “ It will take 20 minutes “ . The store was not full , only few customers were present at the time . When I received my order I was told that the fries are not ready and it will be served soon . After that I started enjoying my order , I noticed that I was not provided with the straw for my pepsi. When I asked for the straw, one staff named “ Sagar “ replied that, “ The straws are finished “ . I came back to my seat and started having my food again. In a while I noticed one customer enjoying his drink with a straw. I asked the staffs that , The straws are over then how come they are serving that customer with one ? I was given a reply that “ We only provide straws for take away orders and on mojito orders. “ . After that in about 20 minutes I finished my food (Eating slowly, waiting for my fries ) . I washed my hands and enquired about the fries , they said 5 more minutes. After waiting for five minutes “Sagar “ was trying to hand me the fries , then I said that I have already finished my meal and I want it to be packed for takeaway. He gave me a unpleasant look and packed it and handed it to me in not a very decent manner. While leaving the store I noticed that they have started serving biryani meals, which I was denied 30 minutes earlier.Such type of service is not at all expected from KFC India . Please look into the matter so that these unprofessional behaviours are not repeated. Regards.

I found your staff behaviour rude today. I visited the outlet in the evening for a takeaway, she asked me whether I will pay by cash or gpay. I replied cash and gave her a Rs 500 note. The order was Rs 93. She asked for Rs 100, which I didn't have I replied her politely. She asked for gpay then I again replied, I don't have it. She looked irritated and then gave me the change as if she was angry at me. I was surprised. If she had the change with her, there was no reason to act in an impolite way. I felt so disrespected by her behaviour. I would have paid Rs 100, if it was available with me. And having a gpay or not, is a personal choice. I have visited Domino's several times and always paid them in cash, they never behaved in a rude way. I understand the staff works for long hours, so sometimes they might lose their cool. But basic work etiquette should be maintained.

Is this a burger. Only tandoori mayonnaise and chicken patty. Really fed up with KFC and would like to tell that worst burger I have ever tried, I suggest is best you eat a burger in roadside stall at least you'r expectations will be fulfilled.

Location wise quite good, it is in the heart of the city of Dibrugarh. Hygiene wise OK. Food is also good. It would have been great if they had provided a washroom also.

It's been a long time since I have not tasted the crispy chicken of KFC . The wait is over now and I am very much satisfied for what I'm waiting for.

Liked the place. As all other KFC hubs, this one's got a good number of items that they serve. The place is clean and the service is quick considering that it's not much crowded. It's just that there's a bit of a parking problem and you'd have to park somewhere else on the roadside. So glad that there's a KFC at Dibrugarh since I live in a very remote area 30kms away from there :')
