The environment inside is very lovely & comfortable, has a huge space to roam about searching for your favorite product, the staff is cooperative & helpful. They have a huge collection of fashion items starting from clothes, cosmetics, footwear to jewelry, bags & many more, all of lastest trends & design at favourable prices. Worth paying a visit & choosing latest fashionable items.

The worst experience ever. The staff is the worst. The employees were not at all cooperative. So unprofessional. I went there with my cousins and got weird looks from the start itself. We went to the perfume section first and soon after was followed by and employee. They just surrounded us and followed us everywhere. Not like they were trying to help us with want we were interested in. We asked about the size a few time and they said "no not available" and that's the only respond we got. We took some outfits to the fitting room and took some time trying them on and clicking few pictures. The employees came near us like 100 times but not to help us with the clothes but to give some looks from afar and go back. And above all, THEY KNOCKED AT THE FITTING ROOM DOORS AND PUSHED THE DOORS OPEN THEMSELVES ASKING BACK THE CLOTHES THAT WE TOOK THERE TO WEAR. We went to the washroom and they followed us to that floor too. Like why did we get this treatment? Do we look like we would steal anything from there? For your information we are not interested in your boring clothes. Ever Tibetan market has much more classy and trendy clothes than your store obviously. I'm not letting any of my friends or family to visit Westside ever for sure. You're employee do act like employees. Don't act like you own the world. We showed you respect, we were not rude so we expect you to show some respect as well.

Another surprise of Tatas to have such a nice and well maintained store of Westside in Dibrugarh. The store is well managed by the efficient staff members.

Showroom is quite big in size, Very organised and neat and clean but somewhere I didn't like the quality of clothes specially they should give more variety and option to the buyer. I hope in future they will definitely consider my suggestion.

this is a place for fast fashion garments don't last long esp the colors so don't buy dark colours from here other than that no issues. the sales person working there are so helpful and cooperative not naggy.

Good stocks Reasonable price But size options are limited, that's not appreciable. Epecially in men's section, there were no trousers beyond size 38. Household items (bedsheets, towels, tablecloth, crockery, candles, etc.) are not there, very disappointing. In Westside outlets in other places, this section has wide range of varieties.

A nice and reliable collection of clothes, accessories, perfumes, etc. for ladies, gents and children. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Located in an area which is not congested and there is ample parking space available here. Spread over a spacious 3 floors where one can freely stroll around without having to bump into another customer!

Average products and comparatively high prices. Common public aren't allowed to park their vehicle in the parking lot. Please make it (common) people friendly.
