The best place to have a cup of different tea or Coffee with fav song and fav people in Dibrugarh... You will never feel bored here.. I love this place and will be always a special place for me ... 4 🌟 because they take a 10 rupees Bislery water bottle as 15 rupees and explained us that they are providing Bislery so they are taking the additional 5 rupees.. Which is not a suitable explaination...

Quality of Food (breakfast) and tea are good quality. Clam and quite place. Staffs are good. But takes time to serve food. Little bit costly in comparison with the locality.

We always have a great time there! The place is pretty and the service is top notch. We mostly only snacked there but everything we had was good!

Dropped in for a hot cup of black tea with my friends and the place is pretty cozy & cute The service is average cz for even a cup of tea, they took more than enough of time; well having said that, it would be bad to not mention of the open space they provide for a casual sitting with friends or dear ones & one can even have the luxury of flavoured hookahs, different beverage & snacks too! The restaurant also has an option for buying different tea mainly Assam tea nicely packed. Other options may include flavoured teas too in cute tin boxes one of which I fetched for myself. Over-all, a good place to hangout with friends ❤️

Prices are on the higher side. Manager is rude and unwelcoming. However the ambiance is great. Food is also satisfactory. Service needs a lot of improvement

4 stars exclusively for the ambience only. I ordered a black tea which was average. Overpriced. Whereas in all other restaurants and cafes the MRP is inclusive of the tax, here they are adding 12.5% tax twice over and above MRP which is ridiculous and cheap means of making extra money. Doing this way they lose the credibility of customers as the menu card displays a specific rate and the final bill is charged higher. Recommended to visit as it has got a refreshing ambience.

We got only one staff in the dhaba area as he was taking orders, serving the food, cleaning the table and also giving us the bills not only in our table but also doing the same in two or three tables....so the food we ordered gets little late....the food and the surroundings were okkk as it has also the cafe area....

Brilliant cafe with unique and tasty options. Tried the club sandwich and masala milk chai which was commendable. Service can be faster though but the ambience makes up for it.

I actually went for tea over there and also had few snacks alongside. The tea/chai was simply amazing, every sip was enjoyed. The snacks were also fine. You can also buy tea leaves from here they have their own factory from where they produce tea leaves and sell. I brought a couple of them.

This is a nice place for the Dibrugarh croud to hang out for some tea and snacks...they seem to have expanded their business a lot recently. The service is great. My favourite here has always been that good old cutting chai with fruit muffins.

I've been to O Chai multiple times now. Alone, with friends, with family and also with a large group. Every time it was a pleasant experience. Sometimes they do get a bit busy if there are too many customers, but they try their best to serve as soon as possible. Their tea is obviously very good. Snacks are good as well. A couple of issues, they are right next to a big drain and being next to the highway, a lot of vehicle noise. But you can sit inside, which can solve this issue. Another issue is the internet. The network in the area is spotty, so online payments might be an issue sometimes.

The ambience is cozy and food is preety good too.service is prompt as well .... A nice weather and a cup of tea here can be a great combo ..
