they play with patients money and emotions, i came here for infertility treatment, doctor referred sperm analysis test costing Rs 1800 for me and test AMH and other for wife costing Rs 7000. the pathologist didn't warn me about abstinence period which is required and taken the test. they keep telling we have the artificial intelligence technology test. they looted us. my report is not normal because the pathologist didn't told about abstinence period. i done the test from other lab and now my report comes normal. infertility doctor keeps pressurising us for IVF treatment because they will earn more money from that. doctor told me there is no other method than this. i approached a military hospital doctor for second consultation, and now I have a child. they are fraud, don't waste your hard-earned money i. their treatment. if anyone want I can show the proofs also. my sincere advice, don't go for infertility treatment here

I lost my father their, I will never forgive the doctor, At the last moment my father wroted about the wrong treatment that he was suffered!!! I don't have any medical knowledge still I had a doubt that my father was suffer from lung cancer because he had too much of cough still the doctor treat with different diseases. At the last moment doctor told that my father was suffering from lung cancer and it was last stage. Maintaining well nurses is not about maintaining human life, U guys are life players and wants only money. God will punished all according to their karma. Remember that.

The hospital is very neat n clean n the reception people are also good. I dont know about other doctors in this hospital but Dr. Abhijit barua is the worst doc i have ever met. His behaviour is polite but for his delayed information i lost my baby. He could have informed me about my problem the day he doubted instead he kept on consoling me that everything is ok. Atlast in my 30th weeks of pregnancy he said about the problem.It was too late then . Then he refered me to AMCH. He doesnt even remembers the test that he himself give inspite of reading the file.

The service was good .They have taken good care of the patient and active on responses . But food facilities(canteen department ) expensive compared to food quality. Also the amount is paying for room (new building ) is bit costly comparing to market . The doctors ,OT, staffs ,Nurses are very well behaved and responsible . All the best team and thank you for the service .

For the last 10 days we feel very convenient. Hospital is very good in terms of response. Thanks to Dr. S. Ramamurthy Sir for his good treatment and he has done Angioplasty right now I am feeling much better.

Doctor and nurse are good specially Dr sing is ver kind person. but hospital management and the receptionist are pathetic event they don't have ethic how to talk with the people . They don't inform you or give you detail regarding the fee of operation or any other treatment ,if we ask in reception they get angry .my experience if the patient is serious better not to go that hospital because they start treatment very delay .

This five star goes to the nursing service only..the girl work day n night but always there for your help with a smile... But very dissatisfied with reception people no one want to hear your problems showing attitude as they are very busy,delayed doctor services in some cases, patient have to wait long time. You are not providing basic amenities in room like phone, mosquito liquidator,toilet sheet is broken only because we have take old building as answered by your reception when we request for the service that's not to be done in a hospitality field.And the 35% service charge is tooo high.

The hospitality service is very good. The service provided by the doctor, nursing assistant and housekeepers are excellent. Dr. Bikramjit Borgohain is an excellent doctor and a very well behaved human being. However, the AC cabin has seepage from wall as well as ceiling which need to taken care of by hospital authority.

Cleanliness, facilities and management is good but patient handling by nursing staff's mostly gents in dialysis Centre is horrible. I Escaped from deadly painful handling. Doctors and facilities of the hospital are good but human resource management especially some nursing staff's, ward boys and security guards, their behavior is not good to outsiders. Today also I was kept unattended for 15-20 minute after taking out from OT. Ward boy did not turned up for taking me to my cabin. Doubtful in financial matters too as they do not inform rate prior to treatment.
