Today is a day equal to the birth of baby Jesus. As a hungry man I walked through the golden gates of subway on villard and asked for a rather unique order of a cookie sandwich on white bread. Surely I expected complications but rather than that the workers looked at me and smiled while they made my sandwich with care and perfection. When paying they asked me so kindly for if I would enjoy a cold milk from the fridge to help the food go down. (Truly amazing people) As I sat in the lobby and feasted on a golden perfected creation i thought to myself this truly is a amazing place! Hallelujah!!!!!!!

The heavy set manager is lazy, and rude. The guy there is extremely nice and welcoming! 10/10 don’t recommend when you get the manager making your sandwich she’s awful.

Fantastic!!! These women are the fastest, most in sync Subway TEAM I've EVER experienced!!! Hubby and I went in around 11:15, I ordered a toasted Spicy Italian and he ordered a toasted Meatball Marinara and I think we were in and out in less than two minutes!!! Be proud of yourselves, Subway on Villard, will definitely be back 😊

The past 2 times I’ve come here my toasted breakfast sandwich with ham and eggs has been cold. Eggs still half frozen and ham cold as can be. Maybe their toaster isn’t working but I watched them put it in there. I never leave bad reviews about anything but this place needs help.

Friends went to get subs. One of the works was very rude and rushed them these customers through with their orders when the shop wasn't even busy and the wrong dressing on the subs. Very disappointing. I don't know why the staff feel they are in such a hurry people do not like to be rushed through like they are cattle!!! For what we pay. We want them made the way we want. I would have walked out!

I haven't been to a subway for a long time because I kind of got tired of the menu. This was the best Subway I have ever had in my entire life. It had shredded chicken and roast beef and all kinds of new REALLY GOOD stuff! NOW I WILL SEE IT IF WE HAVE A SUBWAY LIKE THAT IN OUR TOWN. I HOPE SO.

Don’t know what this one girl’s problem was, she put like two green peppers on my sandwich, and I asked her politely to add few more please and she literally put a handful of them on there. Then I asked for light sauce and she literally dumped mayo and chipotle on my sandwich and wasn’t very polite. The other ladies were very nice, but the one really set me off would recommend making them make your sandwich again if they do this to you! They tend to forget that they are here to make a sandwich that you will enjoy not a sandwich that they throw together after all they are charging you anywhere from $12-$16 per sandwich. Honestly when you’re in the customer service business you need to serve the customer

I love this Subway because it's in a convenient location. Food is always prepared fresh, but you might have to wait several minutes for someone to wait on you. A couple of times I had gone in before 10am & they didn't have any fresh bread made or most of their vegetables prepped. Their service has gone downhill. The girl who waited on me was in a bad mood and acted like she didn't want to be there. Giving three stars now for that reason. They still have good subs for a reasonable price!

Went there last night at 750. They had the cutting boards removed for cleaning. That was fine because they make the subs on paper. He asked what kind of cheese. I said american. He then set the cheese on the unsanitary surface the cutting boards were on. When I told him jbhad a problem with that he sat the cheese beside the garbage not in it and as I walked out he threw it back in with the other cheese. I WONT be back.
