    Absolute nightmare, came in ordered 6 blizzards, 2 minis, a small and 3 mediums..$40+ , got 5 mediums and a mini..2 that weren't even what we ordered 1 wasn't even ice-cream it was milk w chunks of fruit, the drive threw lady was so quick to hand everything threw the window and shut it as fast as possible..had to honk the horn to get her to come back, she didn't even come back, another lady did, i asked for lids as the ice-cream was already melted..DID NOT flip a single blizzard as all 6 would have been on the ground, and asked her what 1 of the blizzards was because 2 weren't right and she asked me what I ordered..couldn't even tell me what they were supposed to be.

    If I could do 0 starts i would. My papa recently had a stroke and can't talk normally. So he wrote down his order on a note pad along with the sentence had a stroke cant talk. And even though his order was written down the employee said "You can come back when you can talk" who says that?? This man is a Vietnam veteran and already feels bad he can't communicate. And because of this incident he hasn't gone into a food establishment alone since. Im absolutely disgusted.

    poorly trained staff!!! the middle aged woman with the accent at the drive thru was processing orders, fixing ice cream and handing out food with the same gloves and I kindly asked her to change her gloves (because they were noticeably dirty) and redo my kid's ice cream and she had every excuse in the book as to why she didn't want to. she then asked the younger boy to process my order and I also asked him nicely to redo my ice cream and he refused saying "no i cant i don't want to waste product." so i took my card and left without dinner. I called and asked for the store number and their names and he said that he was not going to give out any information. I'm writing this to tell others to beware of the lack of cleanliness. All of this could have been avoided by simply changing the gloves and remaking the ice cream sundae. Customer service is just not a thing anymore and it's sad.

    Absolutely AMAZING!! First off, kudos to everyone inside working their butts off. This DQ is ALWAYS busy, I don't know when any of the staff is able to get a break! Everyone is always polite and helpful. Now onto our latest trip... I forgot to call and order my son's birthday cake before we went out of state and last-minute called. The ladies that helped me out were absolutely the greatest! Not only did they make his cake in such short notice they were kind enough to let me choose from a couple custom things they could have done by the time I needed it! They didn't have to go out of their way for my forgetfulness but they did and 100% made my son's day!! Thank y'all so much and y'all really deserve more credit than others are giving y'all!!

    Dairy Queen successfully scammed us. Ordered 2 6 piece chicken tender baskets & received only 5 pieces in each. We didn't notice the mistake until we had made it home (15 min drive on a snowy day). Upon calling to try to make things right, the woman on the phone (Carrie) rudely replied I can only do something for you if you bring them back. When other places in town run into quality concerns like this they'll typically take your name down and offer at least something to make it right. We essentially paid for 2 6 pieces and received a 6 piece and a 4 piece.

    Starting to think this location needs new machines. Pay a crazy price for a cup of ice cream with cookies in it and it comes out soupy. Twice in a row now. Neither time they flipped it. Arent i suppose to get a free one when they dont do that? You now owe me two.

    They were doing things right. Now they lie and say getting cheese curds instead of fries is an extra charge when they let you substitute. And if you don’t order a 4 dollar sugar water drink they give you 4 pieces instead of 6 in your basket. And charged me 3 dollars extra just to give me only fries? Stop giving raises to people who don’t deserve it. When did these businesses turn into government entities and steal from people?

    We got some ice cream here and it was good. They were out of many things though which made my experience less great. They were completely out of chicken strips… I did a Mobile order and when I went to get it a woman just stared at me and didn’t help. A different person eventually came to help me. The parking lot is an absolute nightmare.

    All I ordered was a small shake, they made multiple door dash orders and people after me with multiple items, I had to tell them I was still waiting. They continued to ignore my order and when they finally did make it it was a soupy shake. Disgusting 🤮

    So i went here yesterday and they mixed up my order as those happen, i didnt notice until i got back to work and called them expecting the usual “oh sorry that sucks” and being swept under the rug, but instead they told to to come in today and get the right meal, i almost didnt because im used to the bad service that was under the old management, but i did and the Shift Manager Jaden made my order personally, empathized, and I finally got to try the Backyard ranch burger, and it was amazing! Thank you to Jaden and crew for really turning around and changing whats to be expected from our local DQ!

    Not surprised by the rating or many of the reviews. The manager there is extremely rude and disrespectful. How many bad reviews does this Dairy Queen need before getting rid of this guy? My husband placed his order and then looked at it before taking a bite and realized the sandwich had a peppercorn dressing on it. He misunderstood the ingredients when ordering and took it in to get something else. The manager (a short pudgy guy with dark hair) didn’t even let him get to the counter before aggressively approaching him and telling him that’s what he ordered. He would have purchased another sandwich to get something he wanted but the rude manager came at him with such aggressive behavior he just gave them the sandwich and left. Dairy Queen - read these reviews!!! The guy should not be working for you or managing anyone. I gave the one star because the young man who took our order was polite.

    So to start off we are doordashing out of state since we are visiting family/friends, as we walk in to DQ to pick up a doordash order we come into the manger yelling at us blaming us for something we did not do and to have his crew start yelling at us as well, and have the demand we do what they say and be extremely rude, I understand we are dashers but we are still custom aren't we? Would no suggest going there due to how they treat people

    Food order was wrong. I ordered a flamethrower chicken sandwich. What I got was a regular plain sandwich with mayo. We were already running behind on our road trip so reluctantly ate what was given to me.

    I like this little Dairy Queen. Been in here twice now and the same guy was working the counter. Super nice. What I like about this place is that the burgers look like their picture. Most fast food burgers look like they are quickly slapped together, wrapped up, thrown in a bad, and you can almost hear someone yell "SEND IT!". The burgers here look like someone actually took some time and built these burgers, and they are good. This is probably my new favorite in Dickinson for Rast food.

    Just cannot understand why every single time we order from here, we ALWAYS order ranch, extra ranch or extra gravy and they NEVER.....give it to us. Not one time. They ALWAYS charge us but never give it to us and the 2 times we went in to get it they gave us a cup that was 1/3 of the way full.. Their line is too long every single day to have to wait in it, not get the correct order and then have to go inside (if their lobby is open) to get the rest of our order. Although 80% better than old management pre-remodel...they still need work with quality control...especially withtheir prices.

    Food is good but lobby closes pretty early (5 PM). As someone traveling through my option is now finding somewhere else to eat, finding a park, & eating in my car. LUCKILY - There was outdoor seating and the weather wasn't horrible so we just ate there! Milkshake was pretty thick.

    Overall I enjoy Dairy Queen but I ordered a few blizzards and two of them were fine but I had ordered a mini caramel fudge cheesecake blizzard for myself; I was a couple bites in and noticed I want getting any of the toppings— just ice cream. I stirred it around to try and get some tasty cheesecake pieces or something but there was nothing. I found 2 pieces of chocolate in it, no cheesecake or anything. I just think that if you’re going to order a blizzard, make sure it has what you paid for in it before driving away.
