Food was wrong and employees nearly didn’t give us our drinks. Ordered of the APP and said it was ready. Had to drive through drive through even though it wasn’t late at night. Employees clowning around. Sarcastic, condescending, and one of them said “ Didn’t even look at the ticket”. When they nearly didn’t give us our drinks. Then left out the sauces the grabbed a bunch and threw them in the bag that was already handed to me. It’s like I’m bothering them for paying for food from your restaurant. Also while delivering food for your other customers, their orders are ALWAYS LATE, they don’t acknowledge you when entering store. Many times see employees go outside come back inside and don’t wash their hands. Whoever is the owner of this store you better drop in unannounced because your ratings are low. Now they store May be totally different in the morning and early afternoon who knows.

Ordered too grilled cheese boxes, neither one came with the chalupa, my taco was smashed to smithereens, the cheese cup was a quarter filled. Guess we should’ve looked at the reviews before stopping here.

This store needs to close permanently. I have gotten food here about 4 times going through the drive through and the wait is always 10 to 45 minutes or more, it doesn't make sense. I love Taco Bell food but the wait is ridiculous! I went today and a couple of other times sitting in the drivethrough and just decided I wasn't going to wait and left. I don't know what's going on but management needs to change, get some dependable help or just close period.

Waited in line for about 25 minutes…4 cars in front of me, so I’m not sure what the holdup was. Seems like they are delaying taking orders so that the metric for “length of time waiting” is skewed. Anyhow, ordered just regular tacos with no lettuce and extra cheese…no extra cheese in sight on any of the tacos, even though I was charged for it. Disappointed with my visit, but based on the other reviews mentioning similar issues, and seeing as how those previously reported problems still exist, I doubt anything will change.

Absolutely terrible, every single time I've ever ordered here somethings missing, and it's slower than molasses! Constantly changing staff but continually poor service is all you need to know about their management. Also the food is no better than a can of tuna I could find lying in the gutter, and the tunas probably tastier and less likely to give me the runs.

We came up to the drive through Sat there for a little while, everything was moving slow but that was okay, by the time we got up to the ordering box we'd been there for 40 minutes. We finally take our order and move up to the window, I pay for our food, we get our drinks, and they tell us that everyone is inside coughing and puking. And said they aren't sure If they can make our order? But they had been making everyones in front of us? Why would you make their food if you guys are puking and coughing??? Then told us he can make it if we want him to!!?!? We ended up getting a refund, but that was some of the worst service we've had at this place!!!!

I was very disappointed, the burrito did not have any cheese in it . Was dry on inside, I loved Taco Bell but this was the worst experience I have ever had. Sadly will boycott as it sucked.Just because it is in a small town, the quality should not be affected. It shows lack of pride and lack of training to make things the right way. So Sad.as I was excited to go to Taco Bell because where I lived there was none. Not a good place to get food any more. They didn't put sour cream on a supreme, no cheese on a double cheesy burrito, for recommendation skip this place, I sure hope they clean up their act and do it right. Can't visit no more as hubby and I and friends will not. I hope the owner sees this and corrects the problem.Seniors need a place that is affordable and has good food that they enjoy.

The lobby was closed due to "unforeseen circumstances". Went through the drive thru. The drive thru attendant was very friendly and upbeat. Drive thru line and food was handed over in a reasonable time. Unfortunately food was given to me lukewarm to nearly cold.

I had an incredible experience with this taco bell. First thing, walking in feels like a blast to the quality past. It looks super vintage and it's great! The customer service, superb. All of the cashier interactions with my friends and i were all great and correct. Lastly, the food was as always amazing. Thank you taco bell to have fine establishments everywhere i go.

Probably the longes wait for my order 35 mins and they were not even busy. If you’re in a rush you might think about something faster like maybe smoking a brisket for 12 hours. Pathetic.

Easily the worst taco bell branch in the country between processing 4 people in no less than half an hour and consistent stale shells. This location is bad

Closed randomly at times, consistently poor food quality, order accuracy is always an issue, speed is tortoise like and this has been an ongoing problem 10 years running. Bathrooms were disgusting, now the lobby is closed and the hours are down to 11 - 5. Just shut this place down whoever is running it, give up. One of the worst restaurants I’ve encountered in my time on earth. The absolute worst Taco Bell and I’ve got 3 years ASM experience to talk from.

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Did not even get my order right. How can you SCREW UP 2 taco supreme, 1 burrito supreme. And 1 double cheesy beef burrito. Got home and friggin had 2 regular tacos and two so called double cheesy beef burritos. Never again. WHERE IS TACO JOHN'S

New hours are 11-7. I was waiting in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. I finally get to order at 6:49 and they tell me they are closed. So I went down the road to Taco John’s. Had my food before 7. Who ever runs this Taco Bell needs to figure this restaurant out. Hire some quality employees and they could have a thriving business.

When someone orders something vegetarian and tells you they have an allergy to beef, you should probably make sure there's no beef in it. The fact that there is both beef and beans in my food is not OK.

The best Taco Bell we have ever been too! Cleanest! And they actually put a bunch of ingredients in their food!! We Will be back!

I personally think the quality of the service and the food has gone down at this location. The lobby was closed for some reason. I imagine due to staff shortage. I ordered the 3 Soft Taco Supreme meal and 2 Chili Cheese Burritos through the drive through. I received 3 Soft tacos with hardly any fillings, the was just a few flakes of lettuce, no tomatoes and no sour cream. They corrected it when I returned through the drive thru a second time. Still the quality was very lacking even for Taco Bell. The chili cheese burritos we not very good either. The staff was very friendly though.

Crunch wrap Supreme had hardly anything inside of it. Forgot one of our cinnamon twists then had no more were gonna substitute 2 mini Cinnabon but there was also a wait for those so said forget it. Bunch of kids working. One nice young lady that was also doing drive through was the only person that helped me. Not sure where the counter person was. Won't be back. Sad since nicely remodeled but poor employees that don't know how to properly make food and fully complete an order.

There is always something wrong with this place. Either there are issues with the ordering services at drive thru or at kiosks inside. Always out of ingredients, cheese, ground beef taco chips. Drive through is a waste of time. I hope they get their act together.

Went there at 8:55 pm on a Monday (yesterday) and waited in the drive thru wondering if they’re open. We weren’t rude at all and a women comes out the back door and yelled “yeah we’re closed!!!” in a complete condescending way instead of just telling us through the speaker that they’re closed. I’m sure it was the manager. How you gonna be mad at customers when Taco Bell is known to be open late?? Get a different job

It had been more than 10 years since I was in a Taco Bell, and we thought to give it another try, they have really stepped up their game, the food was fresh, tasty and the staff was excellent, we will come back

Unfortunately with the work force shortage up here, Taco Bell is one of its victim. So short staffed they cannot even open the lobby. Probably a 30-35 min wait just to order with perhaps 5 cars in front of us. The food was the same as it always is. It's literally exactly the same ingredients served either in a bowl, tortilla, shell or some contraption. Be a long time before attempting this drive threw again.

While the wait was a little long (due to lack of staff, can’t really blame the ones who are working for that) the service we got was very excellent. The worker was very friendly and the food was good and hot. It’s obviously not gonna be gourmet authentic Mexican food but it honestly wasn’t bad compared to previous experiences!

The store was very nice and clean. They have contact free pickup for food and kiosks for ordering. Also can order online. The food was good and hot. Service was excellent and the employees were pleasant and helpful. Even had enough room to park a tandem propane truck.
