I'm happy to find a nail salon. It's a clean, bright and stylish space with great views. Everyone felt warm and they gave me an expert and walked the foot. My last manicurist retired after many years and I was looking for a new place where I could feel comfortable. I will come back.

So I have giving this place multiple chances to redeem themselves and they failed. To start there is only one person that does nails. I stopped going before because I could never get my nails refilled as a walk-in unless I wanted to wait over an hour. So I said screw it I'll go some where else. After about 6 months I thought ehh I'll give them another try. Bad idea. The only reason for 2 stars are the pedicures. I specifically asked the nail lady if she could do a very simple design and showed her the picture, she said yes. So I let her do my nails and could not do the design and when she tried it looked horrible so I asked her to take it off. She cut me 4 times and was rushing to get to the other customers because she is the only one that does nails. So I am left with uneven plain white tip and cuts all over my fingers. And then she has the nerve to say next time she will do a design that isn't wait I want. There will be no next time!

Received a Pedicure at this nail salon and it looked like a child painted my nails. I spoke to the man that works there and told him I have given them several chances but they always disappoint. He said he would take care of me next time! There will not be a next time! Save your money...go elsewhere to get your nails done.

Horrible horrible horrible !!!! I would not go here I was going to them for a year and I went because the owner does good nails .. and they are always in a hurry and rush to do everyone. When I went to wash my hands she placed another persons wallet in my purse because she wanted to start the next person. I drive off ... The owner tells that girl I took it ? And I went back to return in she was no where to be in site and they had someone message me and threaten me until they looked on the camera and saw she took it. I would think she would have handled it different since I was a regular. She lost my business and I would not recommend anyone to go here!!!!!!!

Absolutely would recommend this Nail Saloon. Excellent service and hospitality was above and beyond. Ellen did an outstanding pedicure and wax. Kevin was super helpful and did a great job on my nails. Thanks again. I will be visiting this saloon exclusively.

This place is not good called and asked how much guy said 40. I go in and he says 45 after he already did my nails. I asked and he said long Nail. Kevin is his name had horrible customer service was watching tv the whole time. I usually go to Suzie Nails off of El Camino but since I moved I thought I would try this place. Don’t go they over charger for diped powder n my nautral nails are long so they don’t even have to do extra work by putting fake ones on. Just from my experience I suggest no one else to go. There are way too many nail places to go to have to get over charged!

this place is horrible. my mom recieved a gift certificate as a gift from there,but it got destroyed because of the rain. we had a picture of it on our phone from when she first got it( had to show off her gift) and called and told them that the paper was destroyed but we have a picture of it on the phone with the N.O on it so they can verify. she told us she was going to call her manager aND see of he would accept it and she said yes. she called us back and told us and get exact words. I can do it I talk to my manager he said yes. "I do for you". So after she explain to use she will do for her. everything okay she believed us(which she said 4 times) my mother went to get pedi and was getting ready to leave. the lady told her how much she needed to pay. now at this point I'm confused because now she saying write down your name and number and when you bring certificate back we will refund. that's not what she told us from the beginning because if she did. my mother would have nit got it done. we clearly said it was destroyed. so instead of be paying 35 for my pedi I walked out paying 115 for everything. because she also said she would do a discount for my mother with a medi and pedi plus add nails all for $45 which I thought was really nice. So ladies please be careful here this lady changes her story and lies to her customers. I'm very upset about this because the lady said she will do and she belived us. she never said anything about writing dwn anything in the beginning when we first got there why wait till the end. that's how I know she planned this to happen.

New owner, supper awesome, come here and have a good time they know how to make you smile. They really helped me get rid of stress and have me feeling brand new loved it!!!!
