Bad service, i was given a wrong order, i ordered a Classic twister from Khangwelo the cashier and she gave me a sweet chill of which i don't eat ....so my money went to wasted and she was not even attentive hence the mix up 😠😠😠😠😠

I was there just now, wanted to buy a burger but Andile the lady who was helping me told me that its impossible for me to get once as fillets come out at a certain time, when I asked her where is't written she told me I mustn't ask her lots of questions, I must ask the manager since the manager is the one who put up the rules, she then called another Lady by the name of Mpho, who also said they don't have fillets. Then a guy named Rhudzani was called, who asked me if I'll be able to wait for 7 minutes then I said yes, he went and asked Mpho who refused. I Andile if I could get dunked wings instead, I was told they're out sauce, she told me it was late for me to get whatever that I was looking for and I should come early. To think that last time when I was there I was told there was no meat and if I want it I must wait for 30 minutes or more

Bought 10 zinger wings. They were stale and I could tell that they were from the previous night. Service was extremely poor and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Waited 7 minutes at the till point and no one came to serve me. Chose to use the restroom in the meantime, on my return, the lady who had been filling up drinks, was serving other patrons at the till and she didn't even have the audacity to notify me that 'I shall be served as soon as she was done with the drinks'. I felt belittled and disrespected, and this is the same shop that keeps asking us, patrons, for a R2 donation towards 'GoodHope'. I made the management (Lady) aware of the poor level of service they're providing. To add insult, I had to literally get inside my car and use the drive through service.
