The cashier that was assisting me was very rude am not happy at all with the service that I was given today name Confidence

It was not good at all,i found a hair on my pap i told the lady at the till she told me she will come back to me she never did,it was not a good thing to see on pap then be ignored

Bought 10 zinger wings they weren't hot or spicy and they were stale the all star box had no lettuce

I called in to order so when i get there i could just pay and collect. The lady refused to take my order instead she told me i will order when i get there coz the chicken is ready. I was shocked. When i got there i asked if we can place orders over the phone and they said yes then i asked why did that lady refuse to take my order, no one had answers for me and no one took accountability for it. They are a disappointment.

It's amazing how quick the drive through service is at this KFC. It's almost like they knew you were coming. By the time you get to the collection window the order is already waiting for you. The staff is super friendly and that guy who takes your order when you drive through has awesome energy. KEEP IT UP GUYS!!!

I waited for 1 hour for Streetwise 5 when I asked for manager they said she is on the phone I bought the chicken at 20:33pm I waited until 21:45

I would actually rate them zero star this time.... I usually enjoy kfc oreo crusher and very berries... But tdy their service was so wack.... They forced me to take a mixed berry sundae as they mistaken my order... As for the oreo crusher.... It was as if I'm having crashed ice removed from the sides of a deep freezer.... I'm really dissatisfied and very mad rn.... I just wasted my money.... I would've rather went to buy a slush than waste my money if I knew better or even better just gave it to the petrol attendent as a tip

We bought meals at KFC and also street wise 2 with pap and we did not check till we got Home and only to find out that we did not get the soup with our meals so disappointed
