Pizza was full of sauce, wrong flavours. I bought chilli chicken and Debonairs chicken....... they prepared double Debonairs chicken. It was not cut properly and they did not give me servittes . Ba ke tatola! Potsa ya pizza☹️

We bought the triple decker special yesterday and I have never in the history of buying from a Debonairs pizza store experienced what I experienced. I don't know if the pizza was undercooked or what but it tasted like flour.

I placed an order at 5:56 pm and I wanted it to be delivered at 7pm. It's now 8:54 the order hasn't arrived. To think I called the restaurant and they sounded helpful but they can't fulfill their duty and deliver. This is totally unacceptable.

I ordered pizza through telephone yesterday (1 May 2022) at 18:00, I am still waiting for it even today (2 May 2022). I tried calling them at 20:00 but I waited until they cut the call! I called again today and still I'm waiting till they cut my call! I just gonna wait and see when will I receive my delivery since nobody called or sent me message regarding cancellation of the order, so I believe it is still on it's way! I regret why was I giving them third chance cos their pizza was tasting horrible the last 2 times I ordered!

I wish they was a way of not even putting a star, ordered our dinner very hungry , waited for hours , phoned again and again and no one was answering, had visitors over to think we canceled preparing our own dinner for a pizza date then we get this , this is the worst customer service ever , m super disappointed as m starting to cook now coz we can’t get our pizza

After long day work and got home on load shedding to enjoy my pizza but they made horrible small triple Decker I ever bought...debonairs at riverside view please respect our meals coz we paying for it

The pizza was just filled with sauce there was barely cheese on the pizza I’m so disappointed not buying there again

I'm not happy with your BBQ chicken wings, the meat is raw and not marinated. I'd like to have my cash back please

Actually, my rating is less than one star. Bought Tripple decker filled with mayonaise & sauces, undercooked flour, with no cheese at all. Horrible pizza I've ever tasted. First time, I thought it was a mistake. I love debonairs pizza but whoever owns Debonairs Pizza at Riverside square franchise is cutting corners at our expense. I will buy my pizza at other debonairs pizza, no more at Riverside square.

They just closed because of loadshedding they don't have backup Customers disappointed

Worst experience ever we did not even get we sorry for the delay lady kept lying to us that the order is comng I think they made a mistake and forgot we waited for 45 minutes just for a small triple decker even asked them to cancel it the way I was so angry and disappointed but they just ignored us I'm still angry

This is where you go if you have no functional taste buds. Pizza was just raw flour, sauces were chaosly applied , crust was basically charcoal. Well done Debonairs you nailed being terrible..

Most of the staff got a stinking attitude, I even though maybe they are shareholders of Famous brand.
