The manager Dumisho goes above and beyond even brought our food to us excellent service fresh food and quick service Best McDonald's I've been to so far

I lost my card here a week ago and Josephine kept it in the Safe for me. They called me and let me know so i could come back and get it .Truly exceptional service from this branch. I dealt with Fanny and she was amazing. Got here with my newborn baby as we needed to be in the area and omg did they go out of their way to make us comfortable. Wow . Our food was served on clean plates and the store is super clean. The staff is polite and very helpful.

Place was busy. Manager stepped in and started assisting people to get the orders in instead of losing customers. Well done!

Inside Clean. Service was good. Very friendly staff who was patient with order. Fee wifi. Not a fan of the tiny burgers. Need to eat about 5 burgers to fill you, however that is merely personal taste not a reflection on the product.

I ordered a meal at 13:25 it got delivered at 14:50 ,and your contact line doesn’t exist the delivery guy didn’t know what is happening. How are we supposed to communicate with you as customers if your line doesn’t work .

I am very disappointed by them I had to go order at KFC because they were all outside taking pictures I kept talking to myself I until I drive off to find them taking pictures, with ugly traditional outfits. Other times they do try to be good though

For a fast food restaurant it was giving fancy restaurant just a little. The employees are very friendly and it's not too busy which I love.

Absolutely disgusting customer service from the Uber driver. My food bag arrived cold and the sticker has been tampered with. I don't even know if my food is safe to eat. The driver was rude after I told him he did not read the delivery details. My food is cold and has been tampered with

When are we getting delivery to Diepsloot? This is not fair that we are not getting deliveries. Please consider us even if there can be a delivery fee.

This place ALWAYS sends me incomplete orders when I order through Mr Delivery. I also blame the Mr Delivery drivers for not checking their orders. Service is just poor and the number that they have on here goes straight to voicemail.

The staff is friendly. The facilities are great. However, the food is without flavours... Burgers taste like cardboard and fries are not crispy. Happy meals do not come automatically with a toy . I had to claim for it each and every time I came. Portion are also quite small, the big Mac used to be much bigger. Burger King is far better in my opinion in terms of quality burger , quantity and price .
