What an evening! We felt welcome at the first second in the place, the food was delicious and soooo original. It's like they promised a voyage. The service is super friendly and we also loved the social dimension of this project. I went for the food and NA pairing, it was surprisingly awesome and on point! Entropy is one of a kind experience and I can't wait to discover the next menu!

Loved my stay here. Conceptual, zero waste, local and seasonal gastronomial experience in the heart of Brussels! The staff was so friendly and you can easily say that they love what they do.

Before reserving I thought ´too many great comments seems suspicious’ but I understand why, it was delicious. I do a lot of restaurants (*) and I liked that this one because it was different, with true values and coherence in what it represents. Local and anti-waste. An exemple for others. Wine choses that can blow your mind, risky, but I was all in. I highly recommend. Don’t worry if you have intolerances ;) Keep the good work and the amazing service.

An amazing restaurant run by amazing people. Food was one burst of flavour after another, a pleasant surprise with each mouthful. I am not a big bio wine fan but the selection we had was amazing with two bottles in particular ranking amongst the very best. The concept of no food waste and the social scope of the project the restaurant supports made the whole evening even more worthwhile!!!!

So far unknown to me which is a shame. A chef with a mission. Top culinary level.

Probably the best restaurant I’ve tried in Brussels. Not only the food is amazing but the whole philosophy and concept behind. The service was also great, very kind people, always smiling and ready to help. The only thing we were a bit disappointed was the wine (we got 2 different bottles). Anyhow, highly recommended and I’d definitely come back!

Very nice concept inspired by reducing food waste. Attentive service and delicious food. I would recommend to take the food with the drink pairing. Non-alcoholic options are available

Love this restaurant’s idea and philosophy. The atmosphere of this place is cozy and comfortable and Staff was very nice. The most satisfied thing was food. Food was delicious and well-balanced.

Amazing food, and such a joy to know that everything is both vegetarian and sustainable. I didn’t take any pictures, because with food this good, you just have to eat and commit the taste to memory!

Full vegetarian menu with alcoholic or non-alcoholic pairing. The combinations made show creativity and knowledge of tastes and structure. NA pairing was on point, with homemade infusions and juices. A true experience and incredible impact-driven concept!

What a perfect evening and what an inspiring journey, the combinations made showed creativity and knowledge of tastes and structure. It was great to see our table talking about their emotions when tasting the different dishes - childhood memories, bonfires, the sea - and tasting the drinks from those who went for the NA pairing. This is the place to be if you want to impress your guests with a local and seasonal gastronomical experience in the heart of Brussels Thank you Chef Elliott & team for the unforgettable experience and incredible impact-driven concept! I can't wait to discover the next menu! Entropy restaurant is absolutely fantastic

Amazing 6 course dinner with a well selected drink menu designed to complement each dish. Friendly staff that explained each plate, very nice deco. Definitely recommend!

Original, beautiful and ecological restaurant with devoted people, personnalised service and most important: Great tastes! The menu is proposed by the chef accorded to whatever nature is offering at the moment. And then brought to a whole new level by Elliott and his team. I love working with them both on gastronomic and social projects! (Pictures of a BBQ this prepared for the homeless restaurant Kamiano)

We are surprised this restaurant does not have a star. We have never experienced such a fresh, inspiring mix of different kind of tastes.

Entropy restaurant was absolutely fantastic. The flavours are the perfect balance of surprising yet harmonious. The service is impeccable, and all the products come from sustainable, local sources. This is fine food with a heart. Loved it.

Very interesting concept overall, did not appreciate to be asked to leave at 23:45 on a Saturday night while we were finishing our drinks. We chose the paired wine and food menu and couldn’t keep up but decided to keep our glasses to finish them at the end. When we were drinking them at the end, the owner told us they were closing which I think was rude and unnecessary - they could have let us finish our drinks (that we paid for) at our ease. It was a matter of minutes - not hours. I think it’s ok to push out a customer that is exaggerating but we were definitely not exaggerating. It’s a pity because the overall experience was great.

Visiting Brussels and devices to stop by. 5/5 for food, service and atmosphere. The creativity, attention to detail and service are all top notch. These guys are passionate. The founders are both lovely and Elliott stands out as a culinary talent. This is worth every penny.
