A
group
of
friends
and
myself
headed
to
this
place
on
Belgian
National
Day
evening
to
have
a
few
drinks
and
eat
some
food.
We
enjoyed
the
atmosphere
at
first,
but
we
rapidly
became
disillusioned
:
we
sensed
a
lack
of
amiability
from
the
first
waitress
who
served
us,
but
nothing
worth
complaining
about.
Nonetheless,
once
we
had
ordered
food,
all
the
waiters
suddenly
disappeared.
Were
they
hiding
from
the
clients?
Such
a
shame
as
many
of
us
would
have
loved
to
order
more
drinks
and/or
food.
However,
I
cannot
find
words
to
explain
how
SHOCKED
I
was
when
I
overheard
a
staff
conversation
on
my
way
to
the
bathroom,
bantering
about
how
annoying
our
table
was.
I
don't
remember
my
group
of
friends
being
loud,
disrespectful,
nor
unpolite.
But
the
cherry
on
the
cake
definitely
was
the
staff
girl
who
yelled
a
relieving
(for
her
and
her
colleagues
I
assume)
"Finally!"
when
I
told
her
we
were
leaving,
locking
the
door
right
behind
us
as
the
last
member
of
our
group
had
barely
stepped
outside.
Note
to
the
manager
here
:
if
you
don't
want
to
work/are
not
ready
to
serve
your
clients
in
the
same
quality
you
usually
do,
please
don't
open
your
business
on
a
holiday.
You
disappointed
a
bunch
of
people
who
used
to
enjoy
your
place.
