Very rude staff. The girl at the front desk was very emotional and impolite. She didn't try to help and solve the problem, but only denied everything - her only answer was "no". There is no respect for the clients at all. They did not refund the money for the unused service due to their fault and did not want to reschedule for another day. My birthday and my mood were ruined!

Very spacious, modern, clean wellness. There are enough different sauna's to enjoy, good relaxation areas, great food options. Really one of the best sauna's around Brussels. Price may be slightly more expensive, but the quality of the service and location is worth it.

Amazing spa, yes it’s not the cheapest, but standard and quality is very high. Lots of activities included. It can get busy for a reason, it’s very good. One of the best spas I have ever been to. Super helpful and friendly staff.

I used the spa on a Saturday in October. Overall a good experience. The fact that you can't use your phone increases the quality of the spa experience. It was quite crowded and it also affected the quality of water in the pools. Silent areas weren't always silent. (because of the noisy group visitors) Restaurant (obergine) had many nutritious options with high quality. Changing rooms & toilets were clean. Temperature indoor wasn't well regulated. (must be from pools that are indoor + outdoor at the same time) Reception & check-in process was excellent. Very informative & welcoming. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're solo and you'd like to just spend quality time alone in a fancy spa facility. (on a Saturday / public holiday) I'd recommend if you are into comfort (easy parking, check-in, restaurant with your family / friends etc)

Great experience and one of the best spas I have been to. The booking process was harder than it needed to be as we had to reschedule due to an illness and we had to cancel (with a 35% cancellation fee) and rebook. And our refund was miscalculated by quite a lot - which was sorted once we raised it on arrival but inconvenient. But overall the experiences in the spa are amazing, the food is great, the hotel was comfortable and will be back again soon, for the 3rd time!

My little getaway without the kids was agreeable.. but for a 4-star spa-hotel (with +35% markup on spa market price and +80% on the room market price) your REALLY MUST dial down your expectations on quality, service, food and amenities.. the best thing about this hotel-spa is the plumbing.

It's ok it's smaller than I thought, there aren't that many sauna experiences in the naked area. No place to charge your car if you drive an electric car. Really not up to date since the government is encouraging people to switch to electric car. There are definitely better ones out there

The spa is amazing - many saunas, mineral pools, hamams and more. I rented a robe towel and slippers - very convenient. We enjoyed the salt scrub ritual in the hamam. The silent zone was nice and there were cold showers everywhere so it was easy to cool down after stepping out of the heat. We ate at the buffet -service and price were good - food was average. No phones were allowed - so no photos with this review….

Best spa and relaxing experience in town. If you can stay for the night at their hotel. Pay a visit to the gym as it’s massive, well equipped and their classes are also amazing. The restaurants are to die for, specially the very relaxing one which I think it’s called Ocean or something like that (the one with the comfy wooden a lush cushions where you can get a delicious Croque!). Their sauna rituals are next level! All very clean, very attentive treatment from the staff! You couldn’t ask for more!

Used to be way better for rest. Infrastructure is fabulous but atmosphere feels more like DisneyLand during the day. Absolutely no quite space. Super long waiting time for everything. During the evening, it feels indeed nicer. Somewhat disappointed but the service remains good.

The spa resort offers a truly relaxing experience in a nice atmosphere. The buffet had delicious food as well. No phones allowed in the spa area, so no photos to post :)

Best experience ever! We stayed 2 days and we were very very relaxed. The facilities and environment are awesome (and are exactly like the pictures on the website, no misleading photos). We fully enjoyed the re-energize area with the Aufguss every hour it was great! We are used to centers in the Netherlands but this was by far the best we did. We also tried the salt therapy (first time) and we definitely recommend it. We will for sure come back to get a boost of energy and relaxation. Thanks for the experience

You need a break? You like walking naked (or not) without being observed? You enjoy wellness in an area with full service (catering, treatments, (sun) bathing...) in open air for a fair price? Don't look further, this is the place to be...enjoy your stay at Waer Waters

Best spa in Belgium, with diverse, modern and well run facilities. Shoutout to the Istanbul soap, the smell is absolutely intoxicating.

A month ago, my partner and I visited your spa center for the first time and we were so impressed with our experience. After our visit, we received their 'See you soon' promotion and decided to purchase vouchers. On April 11th, we visited the Waer Waters Center. At the beginning of our visit, we showed our vouchers to the administrator at the reception and were told we could use them at the end of the day during payment. The administrator confirmed that our entrance fee would be €35 instead of €49 and that we had already paid for it. At the end of the day, we encountered an issue during payment. The receipt showed the full price for the entrance and our additional expenses. When we showed our vouchers to the administrator (Anthony), he told us that we could not use them because of the two weeks of the Easter holidays. We were surprised and asked for an explanation because this information was not on your website. He asked his colleague to explain how it works but she was very irritable and told us that 'it's Flemish rules and we shouldn't put such information on our website'. Anthony was very rude and told us: ‘I’m not going to talk to you anymore. I’ve already explained everything. There is nothing I can do. I need you to pay right now. ‘ We feel that we should have been notified at the beginning that we could not use our vouchers that day. Furthermore, we expected more polite behavior from your administrators, as they are the face of the company. We are your clients and we just want to resolve the situation.

Great experience! Hotelrooms are spacious, modern, and foreseen of all amenities and top bedding. The Spa is amazing as well, clean, and plenty of possibilities. Even with a lot of visitors, it doesn't feel crowded. Friendly staff, always ready to help you. Dinner buffet was excellent, good choices and not lacking of anything and the breakfast buffet was just a heavenly start of the day! A clear recommendation !

Great spa location, it has a variety of facilities such as pools, saunas, hammam, jacuzzis. Buffet is nice too. The sessions they offer are interesting. Recommended!

We loved this spa; definitely worth spending the night to get the full experience. Amazing food. We did not experience crowds in August, but based on the size of their locker room, it looks like it can get pretty busy.

We stayed in the hotel and enjoyed this spa for two days and let me tell you this was one of the best experiences of my life. As a busy mom, I really needed a break and I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff are all lovely, the room was amazing, the spa itself was a true paradise. I wish I could have stayed a whole month. I will defined book another stay.

Top place to relax and have a good time with your partner or friends. A lot of attention to the COVID requirements. Nice and clean venue with different type of saunas and pools. Nude part is the biggest part. Never get the feeling of a crowded place. Friendly staff.

Marvelous experience, we stayed the whole day and enjoyed every single minute of it. This is not the first time we visit, we enjoy the facilities, the architecture and the landscaping. Waer Waters is absolutely overall perfect. The lack of "orientation" Maps could be seen as a weakness, but actually, it encourages clients to explore different areas on each visit - in my experience. Because of the clever outdoor landscaping, this facility is relaxing all seasons. Thank you! We are looking forward to visit you again!

The whole place is pretty great. Food options weren't the best and confusing to navigate as it's not possible to see all menu options in one place. Whatever you order, do not order the nachoitos, dish which has nothing in common with actual oven baked nachos (despite the description). Their avocado guacamole was superb, so that evens out

I love WW and go as often as I can. But pay attention to your belongings because someone stole my Calvin Klein bikini. Yes a wet bikini… stolen! A shame

My favourite thermes and club in Brussels. I highly recommend it. If you come for the first time, check out their deals. They have also nice offer with massage or hotel night. It's a awesome place. My paradise on earth.

Best wellness I've ever done until now. Everything is clean and the place is beautiful. Free shower gel and shampoo in the showers, super practical! The staff is really friendly and helpful. The property is big and has so much facilities! You could stay a whole day and still wouldn't want to leave. We had the buffet for 29€ (without drinks) which was great too.

I guess they won another regular customer. We love: the crazy cleanliness of the place, the modern look, the good buffet, the soft bathrobes, the variety of saunas and pools. Close to Brussels. Attention: my bathrobe, both towels and slippers got stolen 😞

The wellness complex has plenty of different saunas to enjoy. The heated pools are nice. The dressed zone is a bit busy on some days but the complex is big enough to find plenty of space to relax. The tapas bar O'live offers a good selection of snacks and drinks, the cocktails we tried are not that good though. The dinner buffet at their restaurant O'bergine is well priced with a very good spread of warm and cold food selections. Staff is friendly and helpful. This place is a must try for spa lovers!

This is definitely a wellness to visit not just because it is squeaky clean, the staff are friendly and helpful with a genuine smile, the food is delicious and varied, the saunas are clean and peaceful, plus fresh fruit scented waters, shower and scrub amenities are all included! This is truly a piece of heaven on Earth! Enjoy the moments...

Waer Waters is a little piece of paradise where you can totally relax and escape every day life. After a day of Waer Waters you feel completely zen, ready to take on the world again ;-) The resort is very neat and tidy and they have a load of different sauna's, hammams and jacuzzi's to pick from. You can never do them all in one visit. The salt bathing pool is also a very cool experience and there a lot of place where you can have a nice rest in between to read a book and take a nap. The interior design is very, very nice and there is free water everywhere, something that I find very important because after going into the sauna one needs to drink a lot of water. The places to drink and eat are all very lovely as well. You can always find something, no matter what kind of drink or food you fancy. Thanks to all of you for giving us a great experience time and time again!

This is a great spa & hotel. I haven’t stayed at the hotel, but have visited for the day at the spa. The welcome and departure is well organized and smooth. You can book a variety of different packages and treatments - for treatments book well in advance. It is a very large spa with a variety of different facilities and even activities, like scrubbing or special spa, meditations. You can easily spend a day here and the time will fly by. Lots of indoor and outdoor options, separate nude and clothed areas (make sure you have the correct swimwear - no swim shorts) and a total silence area, which was refreshing to relax in absolute peace with exactly the same facilities as in the normal area. No phones allowed, and it makes it for a truly relaxing day. The lunch buffet was lovely, many different options for a 3 course sit down lunch. You book the time on arrival. There is also a Bar, where you can drink and apero snack anytime. Departure was also super smooth, there is also free parking. Perfect spa day close to brussels.

Fantastic spa, clean, built from beautiful honest materials. Customer-friendly, changing wet towels and bathrobes is possible continuously and there is water with fruit everywhere. Best place!

Love this spa ! So big - you don’t feel crowded. Really nice and relaxing activities like the scrub and sauna experience. Very organised check in and check out !!

Best spa in Brussels! Period! I've seen better restaurants, but, here I'm basically reviewing the spa itself. They just have it all, and the spaces are just big, enough to interfere with other people's relaxation and viceversa.

  • 5/5 Vedrana M. 1 year ago on Google
If you need a day to just relax, this is the place to go. On top of all sorts of saunas and relaxing activities, it also offers good food and nice cocktails. It is busy even if you go there on a working day.

I am a big fan of Waer Waters. It seems like it is getting better each time! I stayed 2 times for a weekend and both times really enjoyed it! Food and restaurant staff deserves an extra compliment! Very high quality and big range of dishes. The only downside is the reception staff. They seem to be a bit busy and answer a little bit forced or robotic.

  • 5/5 Nils L. 10 months ago on Google
Absolutely amazing! Hotel room was spaceous, mattress is perfect. Each person gets a choice of different types of pillows <3. The wellness section is versatile, clean, cozy, relaxing, ... there's just a LOT to do.

Great wellness area, very modern with nice materials, plenty of space and full of choices. Outdoor facilities are amazing and there are special group activities almost every hour.

An oasis - I’ve loved every visit. It’s spacious, clean, and very well thought-out. Only downside is that people in the “whisper” area aren’t very respectful of the volume level, making it quite noisy, so I mainly spend time in the silent area.

  • 5/5 Dennis S. 1 year ago on Google
Probably one of the best spa's that I have visited so far. The all you can eat buffet had many different foods to try and the facilities were very clean with friendly staff. There are also quite some different experiences to discover.

  • 5/5 Laurie C. 1 year ago on Google
Lovely facilities with attention to detail. Hotel rooms were also modern and comfortable. Overall, I would recommend this place to unplug and find true relaxation. I would advise not to take the more expensive option of a la carte restaurants and stick with the tapas and buffet-style restaurants, which were less expensive and similar quality. Also, it is quite annoying not to be able to talk to a live person on the phone if you have unique questions. However, their online system was pretty responsive, and someone usually answered me in an email the same day. I also would like for there to be a 1.5-hour massage option. They only have 45-minute massages and did not give the option to extend unless you paid for two separate sessions to be given at different times.

I visited at my birthday. It was surprisingly many people but there so big venue with so many opportunities so many saunas, jacuzzi, pools that enough for everyone, very comfortable, cozy, respectful and calm, clean with many things, as ice for body, special scrub, and special schedule for different practices and surely beautiful restaurants. For example I’ve been in Sound meditation practice , it was really cool! Just you should pay additional for bathrobe, but like you can bring yours and unfortunately no surprise for birthday, what surprise from such a luxurious place, but the place is really nice. Recommend ))

They have their politics to be right on time for different sessions (massage etc.) and are not flexible to satisfy the clients demands if any force major circumstances arrive. Very poor Customer service and communication. Moreover, some facilities are getting older and obsolete, some douches are not working or provide cold water instead of hot
