A great place for authentic food and drinks. The portions are big, and the service is fast. The triangle outside seating location is better than indoor that is a bit cramped.

We came here for dinner, the food was really good! We had chicken wings, spring roll, pho and a bun (beef vermicelli noodle with sauce). Whilst the food was good and service was efficient, the interior was very dated, the most troublesome bit I had was walking down the spiral staircase and had to wait 10 minutes to use the bathroom, it was a unisex one, and very unfortunately, the person before me did a number 2 and it was very stinky, that really put me off the food. If they could fix the interior and the toilet issue, easily award this place 4 or 5 star.

We were craving for asian food after a week in Europe :) and coincidentally we found this restaurant near our hotel. It's a nice located at a junction just in front of police station :) We took a table outside for early dinner and ordered Beef Pho €16 because i want something warm and soupy. My wife order prawn yellow curry with rice €15. My expectation was that it may be a tone down version considering it's so far away from asia, but to our surprise the taste was fantastic. Even without chili it was very delicious. Same with the curry. We were very satisfied. The staff were friendly too. Highly recommended.

Nice place with a great selection of both soups and second dishes. However we were a bit disappointed with both soups we ordered. The creamy one with shrimps was supposed to be spicy while I think there was barely any spice at all in it. Pho Bo didn’t make my friend very happy either. We have been to this place before and trying dishes with rice are more recommended. You can only pay with payconic or cash

We ordered the wonton soup with pork, and it tasted good and authentic the way it should in Saigon. Highly recommended!!!

The food tastes good and the portions are generous. But the service is very slow and the place is a bit run down.

The food here is legit, great tasting, high quality. I’ve been here three times this week! It’s cash only, but 100% worth running to the atm to get some!

The better food spots for authentic SEA street food. Tasted like a eating it on market in Thailand . Flavorful broth and perfectly chewy Noodles. Friendly and fast service as usual.

Very surprised of the rating in comparison to the taste of the food. It doesn't taste Thai, it is in fact tasteless, There were no fresh herbs too. Very flat taste ... We have thrown more than a half of what we have ordered

Firstly, you can not pay with card, only cash. Secondly, The foods were really random. Big disappointment. The laap was horrible, neve ate something so horrible and I used to get laap in all of the Vietnamese restaurant. Last but not least, some people come to the restaurant and go directly downstairs, stay 20 min and leave. I found this traffic very weird...

The food tasted fabulous and service was on point. However, it would have been great if they offered the QR code to us instead of stating cash only. So we ended up walking to the Metro to withdraw cash and back again just to eat there! I will still visit again in spite of this. Yaki is a short walk from Grand Place.

I have been to Thailand many times and make my own Tom yum all the time. As a person who’s had Tom Yum soup a lot, I can safely say this restaurant cooks it perfectly. I recommend the Tom Yum Pho. The lemongrass perfectly compliments the sour and spicy taste in the soup. 10/10. Service was very good too and kind. I also ate here with my girlfriend and that made the experience 1000000/10.

We went for dinner at 9pm, much later than the local dinner time, so we didn't have to wait to take a table. The service was nice, a bit late (the food arrived half an hour later), but we were previously warned that the food was going to take some time, and it was worth it. Everything tasted amazing: we ordered duck, dim sum and another plate (I can't remember the name) consisting of noodles, spring rolls and meat. The views –on the second floor– were the perfect companionship for our meal. Definitely recommended.

we were welcomed although the place wasnt officially open yet for the evening. food was great, portions large, (too large - we needed a take away bag), democratic prices, friendly staff. the weather allowed us to eat on the terrace, in view of a closeby police station and the busybrue du midi (zuidstraat). Always something to watch.

Very delicious food. Staff so friendly and helpful. Very clean restaurant I used the toilet and for sure I invested it was spotless and super clean. However I have them 4 stars as we couldn't pay by card however food was amazing and good portion Vs price.

Judging from Som Tam - low quality, boring inauthentic thai food, way better options close by....

Great food like I am in Thailand. Just so delicious

I wasn’t too impressed. We waited almost an hour for the food. The service was very slow and we needed to remind her to bring the drinks after we had sat perhaps 30 minutes. The food is basic, I wouldn’t come back and it’s too over priced for what it is worth to be honest. The portion is good if you like big portions.

Very good restaurant! Reasonably priced and tasty. You can’t pay card so take cash or if you use Payconiq you can use that. The service was very friendly and the food came quickly. I’ll definitely be going back!

The food was incredibly delicious! I super recommend this place! Decent price and quick service. The only bad side is that it is cash only.

I spent a nice little moment here. I had a seat looking through the open window and it created the perfect moment for me. Took the Bobun beef which had lots of flavour the beef was nice and tender. Don’t forget: Only cash or payconiq app.

Friendly staff, food was ok. Felt a little like they used frozen vegetables to cook wok. Cause my food was ready fastly (less than 10 mins), and was soft, not crispy.

Nice thai/Vietnamese restaurant. The best thing about this place is that it’s open at 5/6pm for dinner when most of the restaurants in Brussels don’t open till 7pm. The papaya salad and pad see eew are good. So are the soups here. The restaurant is two floors so there are a lot of tables to sit at. I really liked that the restaurant was open at 5pm for dinner.

food took super long to come, 40+ minutes. staff were unfriendly, no fresh ingredients, everything was bad in general.

  • 1/5 Bachana M. 1 year ago on Google
Never back again! There is no internet connection in the restaurant building. In other words, even if you have enough data on your phone, it does not work inside. Something to do with walls or the area I guess. You have two options for payment method, one a QR code (via Belgian bank) and one in cash. However, forget about QR code payment because there is no internet connection. Also, forget about the WIFI connection it does not work. When we encountered payment option problems (due to their fault) the staff was so rude and mean. You could notice that they did not like that it was taking long for us to pay. In the end, we paid in cash. As for the dish, the waitress lied to us, we ordered non-spicey food and the food arrived very spicy. In general, I know that Asian food can be spicy but there are dozens of non-spicy options. We strongly do not recommend you to go to this place.

We had a delicious meal: a flashback to our holiday in Thailand. The restaurant is located near the Grote Markt (± 3min). It has a very nice atmosphere. The staff is friendly. You can watch the cook prepare the food. It was clean. The prices are good. All together, a fine restaurant!

Good value for money restaurant. Although it has to be said that we ordered some chicken Phad-Thai that was no big deal and a soup that had to be repeated because of the excessive amount of spice in it.

I didn't like the food. Bad taste and quality. While eating spring rolls, you can only taste the fried pastry (vegetables have no flavor). Waiter seemed confused and the place was quite dirty. I would not recommend

This place looks and tastes authentic. There's no privacy, but the food is worth it! Just don't plan on having a long date sitting down, you'll probably wanna leave the moment you're done eating and grab a drink somewhere else

It’s been years and years that I go to this place cuz it’s directly right in the center. The food is always good with fresh product ! My favorite one is the bo bun honestly ! The place is may be tiny but i guess it makes the charm of it ! The only little bad point is that we cannot pay by cart only by cash but the rest of it is cool! Always a good moment there ! 👌🏻😁

Food took 50 minutes to come even when we were the only table. Everything lacked flavour, not authentic. Kitchen and staff looked very disorganized and no idea what they were doing. I would not recommend eating here.

Didn't really enjoyed it . The lady who started to serve was initially friendly but she said we only accept cash. We were seating outside and she was inside waiting to bring our food out and she started to neeze and was cleaning her nose with tissues without washing or sanitizing her hands after!!! After a while another man came from nowhere and he was the one who brought our food over, lacking a bit cleanness. The food was cold and after seeing what I see I was not hungry anymore , therefore we couldn't finish our meals and didn't enjoy at all. When we asked for the bill they wanted us to come inside to pay , maybe because they didn't want anybody else to see that they give you a non official receipt but a hand written " kind of bill" piece of paper which is not correct. We won't come back and would never recommend!

Best meal I've had on my holiday. Tom Yum soup was very fragrant and flavourful, and the Vietnamese rolls had a lovely taste and crunchy texture.

Overall this could be considered a great place to have a yummy Thai meal. The food was good and fresh. The chicken satay is definitely a must try. The service was great as well. The top floor had a good atmosphere, as it wasn’t crowded. Highly recommended for those who crave for a delicious and refreshing meal.
