If I could provide a negative star, I would. I have never rated a business with a single star but this was justified. Pictures of fries are pulled out of the bag, cold, hard, and very stale. The nuggets were also cold, stale, and old. This has to be the worst service and food we have ever had in my years on this planet. All other Wendy's I have ever been to have been great, except this one.

November 1 2023 update: spoke with the manager, she said she would make it right, on October 9th! As we were traveling she never sent the gift card she promised or had any follow through! I still recommend going elsewhere where this place is a joke! Absolutely disgusting! Day old, cold, over cooked fries. Waste of time and money. Never Again!

Just do yourself a favor and don’t stop here. 10:20am on a Sunday morning. Ended up waiting about 15+ minutes to get the completely wrong order… like nothing we even ordered but the potatoes and drinks. My fiancé went inside to use the bathroom and the bathrooms were out of order and two female employees in uniform were sitting down in the dining room talking on their phones. 2 people max working the drive thru - the kid at the window was trying his best but damn… Plus side: food was hot and fresh!

Took 20 minutes to get food. It was not super busy. There was only one person in front of me. Every employee there seem to take their sweet time doing everything. Had to wait for the fries to come out. Overall, it just seemed like a lack of management preparedness.

Bathroom smells horrible and service is terrible!!! They were not busy and it took over 30 minutes just to get a baconator fry! Worst service ever and they do not care! I am not usually one to rate a business, but this was a horrible experience. Stay away!!!! 1 star is too high!

EVERY time I go to Wendy’s the service is HORRIBLE. Seem like it’s always a shift change and they make you wait and want even be respectful and let you know they in a shift change instead of just sitting there and NOBODY says nothing. Several of the employees standing around the counter on their phone the drive through attendant on her phone and an employee bringing water out in a pitcher putting it in someone truck. Just HORRIBLE place

Person took forever to answer to answer the drive through box. When she finally did she didn’t greet anyone or anything. It was a very annoyed “thanks for choosing Wendy’s” no what can I get you or anything I was confused on if I could order or not. Got the wrong kids meal. Then wash constantly rushed to order my food for a van full of people.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been in. The customer service was horrible. The cashier just walked away while there was an entire line in front of him. He had an attitude. I left the dining room because no one was being served, tried the drive thru and was told “come inside” when I got to the speaker- from the same horrible cashier. Other employees were just walking around, not in any type of hurry. There was employees out in the dining room talking to friends/family instead of working. Left very unsatisfied. This location should be shut down. Pathetic.
