I went back and forth on this one, 2 stars or 3 stars? At the end of the day, 2 stars is the correct choice. We got to our table and was told it would take a bit for us to get water as there were no clean glasses and they had to wash the glasses from the previous customers sitting at our table. We ordered the Tater Tots to start which were $12. Only for a small, cold portion of non-crispy tater tots. Even the cheese was a cold, tiny portion that was fine after dipping 3 soggy tater tots in them. Not worth $12 let alone $5. Moving on to our entrées, I ordered the pork belly and at first glance it looked exciting. Normally when a skillet comes out, I expect it to be hot but this skillet I could handle as it was barely warmed up. For the Pork Belly itself, I’m no Gordon Ramsey but I can tell overcooked, dry meat when I eat it. The skin on pork belly is typically the best part in my opinion but this was just a plain disappointment. The skin was chewy and we ended up not even eating a good portion of the meal. It wasn’t only my portion either, 2 others ordered the pork belly and all had the same review. As for the enchiladas, the review from my friend was “it was fine, it’s enchiladas.”

Red Mountain Grill is one of THE WORST restaurants that we have been to. Let's start at the service. It was slow. We sat at our tables with water for over 15 minutes before we were waited on. I wasn't even asked if I wanted anything from the bar. Good thing I asked. Secondly, the food. It was well beyond poor quality. Our pulled pork sandwich came out with a very soggy bottom bun and once we gave it back, it came back out with cold pork instead. We also ordered the truffle potato barrels. Not even close to being worth the price especially since there were no truffles on it. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Not worth the price for the food that they serve.

We came here for our rehearsal dinner the night before our wedding. We left hungry. Every dish we were served is done better by Chili's. The ribs were so tough my jaw is still hurting, and the flavor was not worth the pain. The salsa was bland. The sweet potato fries were overcooked and oversalted. We took all of 5 minutes to try to eat the food, couldn't do it, and asked for boxes out of guilt for ordering two of the three most expensive dishes on the menu and barely eating at all. Adding a star because our waitress was great and whoever designed the interior needs a raise no matter what they're paying them. Stunning and gorgeous. The bar and patio also seems really fun. Probably a great place for happy hour.

We went at 3:45 no waiting, great atmosphere... Interesting & unique design, with great views. The seats and height of the table were very comfortable (after traveling a lot you notice this feature) 😉 We had the Walleyed fish special & side of hush puppies, Enchilada plate, cup of Green chili, side of salsa, the Black and Blue Burger which comes with house made potato chips, and Santa Fe Chicken sandwich. Long Island Iced teas to wash it down. Then an Apple cobbler with 5 spoons to share it. Everything was excellent and would have gotten 5 stars... But the cole slaw served with the fish, 3 of us tasted & agreed was 'off'... Sorry 😐 Our Waiter, Mr. Vasyl, was amazing and took timely care of all our requests. Thank you🏆

Could not be happier that we picked this spot to have lunch. Everything was absolutely spot on from the fresh delicious food to the great service from our waitress! Whenever we're in the area again we most certainly are going to stop here!

Quick and friendly service, especially on a holiday (st Patrick’s day). We had the trout, a few kids pizzas and a ahi tuna salad. All were good/very good. Prices are reasonable too. Overall a great experience. We will return here in the future.

Barely warm French onion soup with a kraft single cheese partly melted on top? I asked for extra bread for soup and see what I got! Is this food for children? The tacos weren't any better. Check was incorrect and they charge extra for using CC.

What a cool place! Interesting decor, fantastic food and amazing service! Highly recommend the Elk Meatloaf, Cobb Salad, any of the burgers and of course the Mac and Cheese!

It's good! Everything is spicy though and I truly do not know why. I ordered steak for my salad and the steak was spicy. Don't get me wrong, I like spicy! But literally every food item on the menu either states its spicy or (in the case of the steak) it just says "marinated" which also means spicy. This is not a place to eat I'd you're not willing to roll the dice on spicy. Service is always incredible and I love the atmosphere. The food is good! Regular bar food you know.

Visiting from out of town, we had a great experience on a Friday evening. We started with green chili cups, which were excellent. For dinner, we ordered an Elk Burger plate and the Macaroni and Cheese Skillet. The cups of chili filled us up and had to take 3/4 of the macaroni plate home. Food was served quickly, very tasty, sat near a window at sunset, and the waitress, Yardanka, was attentive and congenial. They also have TVs with sports in every corner. The ambiance is inviting, and the details in the medieval hardware stand out.

Had a blast during my vacation, and this place made it even better! My daughter was craving ribs, and we stumbled upon this place. The food was incredibly delicious, especially the ribs she wanted. Vacation vibes got even better at this spot! My daughter had a hankering for ribs, and the ones here were spot-on. Plus, my son's pulled pork sandwich and my fettuccine Alfredo were delicious surprises. The staff, in addition to being super friendly, added a welcoming touch to our meal. Perfect find for a memorable vacation dining experience!

My husband and I ate here 5 years ago and loved it. We just moved to Colorado and couldn't wait to visit again. We were not disappointed. The food was excellent and you cannot beat the view.

A beautiful restaurant with a wonderful staff and great food. The atmosphere is amazing any time of year thanks to the decor and cleanliness. The food is consistently good. Highly recommend Red Mountain Grill.

First visit & very impressed! Were seated immediately at 5:30, even on Memorial Day weekend. Our waiter was excellent, fast with everything! Our orders of chicken fried steak & a Cobb salad were excellent, and came so quickly! My strawberry margarita could have been a little more strawberry flavor, but overall, we were very pleased! We didn't even have to hunt the waiter down for the check. He was nice & prompt. Loved the unique decor & mountain view too. Even played our kind of old rock 'n roll in the background!

Happy Hour does not apply to all customers! I looked up the happy hour specials before choosing this place for dinner(50% off draft beers). I showed up and asked for a table for 4 and was brought to an empty section of the restaurant. I was surprised when my bill did not have happy hour pricing on the beers. They told me happy hour doesn't apply to the dining room seating. This was not communicated by anyone until after the bill arrived. I did not choose where to sit, and had they warned me, I would have asked to sit in the bar area. The food and server were great! However, this deceptive pricing earns them a 1 star review.

Perfect place for post-skiing. Our hotel recommended the spot and it was a great choice. I had the staff favorite burger (has blue cheese for any who may not like that) & it was c’est magnifique. Also included pictures of what my two buddies got. They had sour beers here! And the service was excellent. Highly recommend for your next trip to the Dillon/Silverthorne area.

First time here, but it won't be my last. Happy hour special was this delicious $12 pizza and all 🍺 on tap 1/2 off. Nice outdoor seating and several TVs in bar to catch your latest sports team.

Very cool decor and great food. They don't take reservations, so plan around busy times or call ahead to get a sense of the wait. There is a large bar area with great happy hour specials on food and drinks. We loved the homemade loaded potato chips. Most of my group enjoyed their burgers. There were some "stick to your ribs" chicken fried steak over Mac and cheese that also got a rave review. Carpool if you can, the parking lot is very small and it's shared with multiple surrounding businesses.

Very unique interior decoration with a beautiful view of the mountains. We ordered calamari for starter which was really good. For main course we had tge burger, surf and turf tacos and crispy fish tacos. Everything was delicious with big portion size, highly recommended.

Fish and chips where the fish was fried so much that it was like eating really hard kettle cooked chips. Very small portion of fish. The only good part of the food was the tarter sauce.

One of the best rib eye steaks I've ever head. We also had pizza (brick oven) and it was 😋 delicious. Highly recommended!

The service is great. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Not to mention the food is great. Had the blue cheese burger and then a pizza. Both great. Saw someone get the steak salad. Can't wait to try that next. Looked amazing.

Stopped in on Thanksgiving and had a meal that couldn’t be beat. Most folks ordered the Thanksgiving dinner and I got the burger. It was so delicious! Our server was super awesome and very attentive. She was amazing and recommend this place to anyone.

Sunday late lunch, seated immediately in dining area. Bar area however, was full and even had some patrons standing. Of course, have to say, it was just an hour before the Denver Broncos game. Ordered: Fish and Chips Green Chili soup Chicken Wings Hubby and I both give what we had our 👍. I loved their fries/chips and I am not particularly a fries person. Theirs, I 💕! Had my heart set on another dish (Crusted Rocky Mountain Trout) on the menu, only to find out it was only available for their dinner service. (A great reason to go back.) Service was friendly and prompt. Restaurant has a very mountain/Aztec-decor. I bet it would be beautiful in the evening with all the lighting. Unfortunately, it was the last night of our trip. Will definitely have to come back.

Very tasty. Great tater tots ! Crispy and not too oily ! My brother ordered the French dip with elk chili. Nothing special about the elk chili , in my opinion. A little too salty for me. But the French dip sandwich was awesome. Light, flavorful. Bread is airy and crunchy. Superb!
