I
recently
had
the
unfortunate
experience
of
visiting
Karuna
Hospital
in
Dilshad
Colony,
and
I
must
say,
it
was
an
absolute
nightmare.
The
level
of
service
provided
was
shockingly
subpar,
and
I
feel
compelled
to
share
my
dreadful
encounter.
First
and
foremost,
the
staff's
attitude
was
appalling.
From
the
moment
I
entered
the
hospital,
I
was
met
with
indifference
and
rudeness.
The
receptionist
seemed
disinterested
in
helping
me
and
was
busy
chatting
with
a
colleague
instead
of
attending
to
patients.
It
took
forever
for
them
to
acknowledge
my
presence,
and
when
they
finally
did,
they
made
me
feel
like
an
inconvenience
rather
than
a
person
seeking
medical
attention.
The
waiting
area
was
a
mess.
The
chairs
were
worn
out
and
uncomfortable,
and
the
entire
space
looked
dingy
and
unkempt.
It
was
clear
that
cleanliness
and
maintenance
were
not
a
priority
for
this
hospital.
The
lack
of
basic
hygiene
was
concerning,
especially
in
a
healthcare
facility
where
patients
are
susceptible
to
infections.
Moreover,
the
waiting
time
was
excruciatingly
long.
I
had
to
wait
for
hours
before
even
being
called
in
for
a
consultation.
There
was
no
clear
communication
from
the
hospital
staff
about
the
delay,
leaving
patients
frustrated
and
clueless
about
the
status
of
their
appointments.
When
I
finally
met
the
doctor,
it
was
evident
that
they
were
in
a
hurry
to
finish
the
consultation.
They
barely
listened
to
my
concerns
and
symptoms,
quickly
prescribed
a
generic
medication,
and
moved
on
to
the
next
patient.
There
was
no
personal
touch,
empathy,
or
effort
to
understand
the
underlying
medical
issues.
It
felt
like
an
assembly
line
rather
than
a
genuine
healthcare
service.
Furthermore,
the
facilities
were
far
from
adequate.
The
diagnostic
equipment
appeared
outdated,
and
I
couldn't
help
but
question
the
accuracy
of
the
test
results.
The
hospital
seemed
more
interested
in
cutting
costs
than
investing
in
modern
and
reliable
medical
technology.
To
top
it
all
off,
the
billing
process
was
a
mess.
The
charges
were
exorbitant,
and
there
were
several
hidden
fees
that
were
never
disclosed
beforehand.
When
I
questioned
the
additional
expenses,
the
billing
department
was
unresponsive
and
uncooperative.
In
conclusion,
I
would
strongly
advise
against
seeking
medical
attention
at
Karuna
Hospital,
Dilshad
Colony.
The
services
offered
are
far
from
satisfactory,
and
the
lack
of
professionalism
and
care
is
disheartening.
I
wouldn't
want
anyone
else
to
endure
the
same
distressing
experience
that
I
had
to
go
through.
Consider
other
healthcare
options
in
the
area,
as
this
hospital
is
not
worth
your
time
or
money.
