I
have
always
wanted
to
visit
Mumuso
to
get
some
gifts
for
my
friends.
So
yesterday
on
my
visit
to
the
store
with
some
of
my
neighbours,
I
found
the
experience
really
disappointing...
the
staffs
were
really
very
annoying.
Like
literally
even
if
u
touch
some
of
the
things,
they
will
come
and
stand
nearby
you
and
make
u
feel
really
uncomfortable
by
staring
downright
at
you
and
keep
checking
the
stuffs
on
your
cart
from
time
to
time
without
a
smile,
like
we
would
steathily
steal
away
with
all
the
CCTV
cameras
around...seriously,
no
professionalism!
My
neighbours
were
also
very
annoyed
because
these
staffs
make
u
feel
like
a
pauper
who
just
came
for
window
shopping.
And
even
if
one
is
a
pauper,
do
treat
them
like
you
would
every
other
customer.
My
experience
in
terms
of
staffs'
professionalism
in
Miniso
has
been
terrific
compared
to
this
store;
however,
the
stuffs
in
both
these
stores
are
similar
and
good,
but
the
people
working
in
this
store
need
to
learn
a
thing
or
two
on
etiquettes.
Besides,
as
I
was
going
through
some
of
the
stuffs
in
the
beauty
section,
one
of
the
male
staff
started
explaining
to
me
even
when
I
did
not
want
him
to
because
I
already
knew
exactly
what
these
stuffs
were
used
for.
Like,
hello,
unless
the
customer
asks
u
you
for
an
insight,
please
don't
try
to
make
us
look
like
we
came
straight
from
the
village.
Also,
in
the
stationary
section,
I
wanted
a
ball
point
pen
and
asked
a
female
staff
to
help
me
out
as
I
could
only
see
a
large
variety
of
colouring
pens.
She
was
like
'Nijor
try
kuribi
na
yaate
paper
ase'
and
later
when
I
found
one
and
asked
her
if
there
is
only
one
variety
of
ball
pen,
she
said
'Hoi,
hoi'
without
even
looking
at
the
pens
on
the
stand.
It
amuses
me
to
think,
why
waste
my
time
when
she
thought
she
already
knew
that
there
was
exactly
one
kind
of
ball
pen
(P.S:
After
sometime,
I
found
another
variety
of
ball
point
pen).
The
final
straw
was
when
I
took
two
needle
boxes
only
to
find
one
of
the
box
was
badly
damaged
upon
reaching
home
(the
box
was
cracked
beyond
repair)
and
now
I
am
using
an
alternative
box.
Apparently
the
price
tag
and
barcode
were
displayed
over
the
damaged
area,
the
female
staff
dealing
with
the
scanning
would
have
definitely
seen
it
without
a
doubt
while
making
the
bills
and
should
have
helped
me
in
taking
an
undamaged
one.
Luckily,
the
other
things
I
bought
were
undamaged.
This
was
and
will
be
my
first
and
last
visit
to
the
store!
Overall,
the
experience
was
pathetic!
