Hospital environment is neat and clean compound is big and parking for cars are huge.very disappointment with billing procudure it's was sunday patience were only few and we have to wait for more than an hour so fruastrated and those top floor nurses they are so selfish only thing they worry about is their money. And on top of that no lift facility it's very difficult in emergency cases and those who have to go top floor . AC room rent is very high charges are like 3 4 star hotel rate. I don't know what they thing of their hospital facilities and charges doesn't match.

I have visited many big hospitals however I have never face such an outstanding hospital before and I should say Eden is one of the best hospital in dimapur. Recently I have visited along with a patient and experience positive gesture from every staff which give a wonderful ambience around it. This is how an educated behave it is a good example to each and every authority or an institution that had been running. Because patient doesn't need only a medic but with positive attitude towards them. This is not been bias, promoting but sharing what I have experienced. I'm very satisfied with the service that you provide (Eden's) may the good lord continued to bless everyone of you.

My Father was admitted at hospital for a week ,Hospital ambiance was good Doctor amd Nurse from Station A was all taking very good care of my Dad .But my experience with emergency ward Dr. namely something Naro or Moanaro was very pathetic , she was busy with her phone listening to song when my father was having a complain of urinary pipe blockage in the emergency bed , Nurse were more catastrophic than her .... All my good experience went pathetically down to one star what I experience in emergency ward... Later she made a bill for casultation she didn't even went up to see my father from her chair I don't what casultation fee she charged from mee , just two days back my father got discharge from eden

My Father was taken to this hospital for severe chest pain, he was treated outside as per the covid rule. Although they stated the treatment, they had no clue and couldn’t save him, they could have simply given him an injection and could have saved him, instead they delayed and trailed different medication and injections, and unfortunately my dad passed away, without finding the root cause.they later said it may be Heart attack. I think the doctors are not experienced and cannot handle any serious cases.

A very good hospital with very nice working staffs. My wife was being treated for ovarian cancer here. Though we couldn't save her, we are really very grateful for the love and care we recieved while she lived. Would always prefer to be treated here .....

There's no MRI facility, kept me for 5 days and said they can't cure me. Their last answer was go to Guwahati. Done so many test and all appeared normal. Wrong investigation cost me a lost of money. If they had MRI here then I could have been cured in a day. If you have issues with your spine you should go to BAPS hospital Ahmedabad don't waste your money here.

I had a pretty smooth experience but towards the end, there was a situation where my mother wanted to do a LIVER FUNCTION TEST but the doctor in the ER made a mistake by ticking "KIDNEY FUNCTION TEST". He laughed the situation off and told us we should go to the billing and pay for the Liver function test. First things first, no apology from his side. Then he told us we should have ticked the appropriate boxes. Isn't that his job? He was the one who ticked the kidney function test option. For his mistake, we paid for something we didn't need. This was a very unacceptable act from his end. Imagine doing this to a family who is struggling financially. Really didn't like the doctor's attitude in this situation.

If there were option of 0 star this hospital deserve no star. How pathetic hospital this could be as there is no ICU or MRI facility. When you visit Dr bendang the moment he sees the patient he would say that if he cannot cure the patient then he would refer you to Guwahati and this doesn't end here. He would let you undergo bunch of scans and some of the scans are not required he'll include too. This guy doesn't have any manners if you have brain tumor he would say to the patient instead to the attendant. And if you ever visit this so called hospital take a sum of 20k as minimum which is chillar for them. Even the medicine department charges GST on medicine purchase. I've been to so many hospitals and pharmacies but never came across like this. This hospital is not for helping people but for generating money.

Worst Hospital, Worst services! pharmacist sleeping before 10pm without any assistance, The pharmacist was Soo rude because i woke her up saying "Excuse me" for the 5th time and more over even the most basic Glucose products are not available, just asked for Glucose sample and the reply was "Nai" and i asked for any glucose products and the reply was "amikan enika saman kan Na rakhe" Wow

Went there for endoscopy at 6:30 in the morning, got the billing done by 6:40am went home came back at 7:30 waited for 4 hours with empty stomach. But still my turn never came people where going in and out having done there endoscopy. But me still not done. Thank you worst hospital ever and also too expensive.

Parking space is awesome, environment is great. It was my first experience. The physician medicine that I met was young, energetic, very polite and good. But orthopedic doctor I met was very impolite, rude and don't know how to speak to people also. If doctors are good, polite and well behave then even the patients feels good.

Zero rating for this hospital.The Worst medical Center.My dad was referred to this medical by one of the ex doctor of this hospital following the doctor advice we took our dad to this medical and trust me the service is very poor.No experience Doctors and Nurses.Especially icu unit they kill our dad there.my dad was admitted to icu at around 6am in the morning,he was fully conscious till our last visit at 7pm and they told us that he is no more at around 11pm how could be that possible??they just told us that there is some infection in the lung and that another specialist doctor will visit him the next day. why they didn't even inform us the conditions of the patient while he become more serious?why can't they referred us to another hospital if they cannot do anything there??and why they call the attendance only after the patient is gone.its the rule of every icu that the attendance are call and shown the conditions of the patient if they know the patient is about to die..why didn't they do that. Regretting like hell for taking my dad there in this so call Eden Medical Centre.if you don't want to regret like us. I warn you,never to visit that hospital.its one of the worst hospital ever in nagaland.

In this hospital, there is lots of facilities and aside that the mantinace of the hospital is super clean and hygiene, But i guess they should put more switch board for charging phone & electronic gadgets etc, because it seems like, it's very bothering to stay the whole night, without getting a proper switch board !! To charge up ur Phone, So that was the only small disadvantage about the hospital, Otherwise everything is 10 out of 10 And yeahh i frogot to tell about the park which is in back of the hospital its very greeny and cool, to kill ur boardness and warmup urslef :)

I was on the line of reception to fill the form to consult the Doctor but as soon as my turn came. The guy in the reception saw his family member instead of doing my work first he took the initiative of doing his family work . And told me to go to the other guy who was sort of busy. Useles

Expensive, but what more can we expect in Nagaland? They have canteen, atm, waiting area, private rooms, ac/non-ac. The most beautiful part about Eden Medical Centre is that, there is a park you can enjoy in the evening for walks, nature seeing, this park is surrounded by water bodies on all sides except the enter. Good for walks, with children's or your romantic partners😜

Over all decent medical facilities OPD services charge normally between 500-700 excluding pharmacy... value for money as staff and doctor are very polite and supporting

I love this hospital. The Nurses and doctors are fun and the food is up to my liking. The canteen and shops are nearby and there is a beautiful garden at the back with a small park for walks.

Don't know about other dept but my experience with the dermatologist Dr. Atoka was one of a kind experience. I've never come across such doc, a good and honest doctor as well as great human being. Keep inspiring, keep spreading the love and keep on saving lives, love u doc and I pray that God bless you and your family even more.

Hospital staffs are very kind and very hard working I like the way they treat me special operation theater staff....

Eden medical center,well maintained ,very hygenic,very good,Nurses and Doctors are profisionally ,manner n well educated. .I would say eden is perfect..among private hospitals. ..👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The ambience and the environment is excellent. It is now up to the Management and staff to make it the best hospital with their patient relationship a wonderful experience. My best wishes.
