We stopped while traveling...I've never had Hardee's in my life. The food was all cold and the place wasn't very clean. My boyfriend asked why I didn't speak up we would have gone elsewhere. Live and learn.

My friends took me here for breakfast. Our customer service rep was absolutely amazing. It's always good to get a good customer service rep, whether they realize it or not they can make or break a person's Day by their attitude. So grateful for those who know how to brighten up others days

The burgers had a real nasty taste to them, like fish. I asked for no pickles on my granddaughter burger, and it was still added

The eggs are over cooked and frost bite, the bacon is under cooked, and your biscuits are overcooked. I get breakfast for my grandpa every morning and definitely Monday Wednesday and Friday because I am not just his granddaughter, I also help take care of him. Need to keep your eyes on your backline and make sure the quality of the food is what the customer wants cause nobody wants overcooked breakfast. Temperature check it of your unsure.

Stopped in Thanksgiving morning and it was busy. Even shorthanded, they were quick to get out everyone's meals.

I was traveling back to DC on 85, when I decided to get some breakfast. I exited onto Buford, NC went to Hardee. Hardee's biscuits are the best around; I've had plenty biscuits, but for a fast food restaurant but this one taste so like homemade!; I exited again 50 miles again and brought more to bring 🏠 home; also their sandwiches are so tasty, not dry, soooo fresh and delicious, even the "hot dogs are great 👍.!!! I wish we had a Hardee's near my area

The staff here is amazing and nice! Their credit card machines and they accommodated us & we cannot thank them enough! Made out 4.5 hr road trip better!

Went through drive through service was fast food hot and order correct parking lot was clean and what I could see of the inside was also very clean hard to find fast food places that are actually clean inside and out.

Fast, friendly service. Even on crazy busy days, especially the morning rush - both drive thru & in person! This is my favorite location in the tri-cities. Hardee's Biscuits are my FAVORITE and they always make my Bacon, Egg & Cheese & Sausage Egg & Cheese Biscuits to perfect! Some other locations over cook the Biscuits, under cook the Meat or vice versa... not this place!!! I had to pass here this morning so I ordered a BE&C Biscuit while at Cedar Heart Gas Station (about 3 min drive from here) & I walked in, waited in line behind 6 people for less than 4 mins & when I got to the cashier, I gave her my name, told her I had an app purchase & my Biscuit was already prepared. Some other fast food chains that have in app ordering will accept your order & will wait until you get there to make it.. I loved how I just walked in, got my food and left!

Food was great and served quickly. The high point for my review is the manager. I didn’t catch her name, but she had the place running like a champ! And her personality was wonderful! Bright spot for my day roaming the interstates!

The woman who works behind the counter taking orders is one of the most pleasant cashiers I've dealt with. I even told her so, she is always gracious and friendly! Great service being offered!!

The KFC next door gave me three chicken tenders for 7 dollars that was half the size of my pinky finger. I returned them and came here and the portions were way better and the manager made sure I was happy before I left. Don't make the mistake that I did, just eat here where they care and please.

It took us nearly an hour in the drive thru to get a 2 piece chicken and 5 piece tenders. After disappearing with our cars for a prolonged time she returned with our receipt and card and informed us (after charging us) that they were out of coleslaw. After we selected another side, she the disappeared again and finally after nearly 30 minutes showed back up with our food telling us that it would be another 8 minutes to get our biscuit, but that she had given us an extra leg if we Didn't want to wait. I told her she should refund us for how long it took (informing us about issues would have been helpful). We won't be going there for chicken again anytime soon.

Place was dirty, the soda machines were badly in need of calibration as they tasted mostly of flat, barely carbonated water, and even though it wasn't busy, neither the fries nor our sandwiches were fresh. There were people standing around who could have been cleaning the dirty tables or filthy bathrooms. We won't be back. The place needs a health inspection ASAP.

Give Aisha a raise this store is absolutely one of the best run Hardee's I've ever been in my food is always hot and fresh the biscuit maker is super friendly the staff is awesome so as I said before give the manager Iesha a raise because she's killing it over there I'll be back

Normally, I don't review a place that I'm not partial to, but this specific location is an exception. It took over 45 mins for me to get my order. When I pulled up to the window, i sat there for 15 minutes before the drivethru attendant came to ask me what I had ordered. When I proceeded to tell her my order, she cut me off, speaking too low for me to hear before telling me to tell her the total of my order. Upon telling her what that was, I was given only 1 of 4 drinks, then had to wait another 15 mins before I was given food. Plot twist: I was given the wrong food. The drive-thru attendant got upset at me, blaming me for accepting food that wasn't mine. I had no issue giving back the food that wasn't mine, I just wanted the food that I ordered, so they told me to pull forward, which I did. One of my family members took the receipt in to get the correct food, but it took another 15 mins. Turns out the attendant was the manager...go figure. I will not go to, nor will I take anyone to, this specific location. 0 out of 10.
