Extremely
disappointed
with
the
stay
at
the
hotel
this
time.
A
regular
customer
of
the
hotel
and
world
over
that
of
Accor
Group
of
Hotels,
this
time
the
housekeeping
and
the
front
desk
was
at
its
worst.
Three
key
issues
to
highlight:
-
I
had
confirmed
a
request
for
an
early
check
in
at
the
hotel
and
was
made
to
wait
for
a
room
that
had
much
of
its
bulbs
either
fused
or
electric
wiring
an
issue
-
Worst,
my
room
that
did
not
have
an
ironing
board,
I
had
requested
the
housekeeping
staff
for
one.
They
did
get
me
one
afterwards.
To
my
horror
at
the
checkout,
I
was
accused
by
the
front
desk
staff
that
I
have
broken
the
table.
I
was
completely
aghast
and
taken
aback
at
this.
I
requested
that
to
check
their
facts
and
the
CCTV
footage.
Nevertheless
it
was
later
corroborated
by
the
housekeeping
team
who
called
me
to
profusely
apologise
about
a
communication
gap
where
the
guest
staying
before
me
had
admitted
that
he
had
infact
damaged
the
table.
Is
this
an
experience
that
a
regular
customer
deserves?
Very
disappointed.
