Excellent place and a good option for luxurious stay in Guwahati. Security is trustworthy and polite. Superb commute and the best thing is that a huge assembly hall 'Debaneek Assembly' is located just opposite to the premises. The assembly hall can be booked for marriage and other functions.

Large campus, spacious, tall buildings, poorly managed public amenities. Construction quality do not appear appealing, can't comment much as I am not an expert, but if you are interested you can go and check.

One of the best societies in Guwahati. Well maintained complex with 24X7 security arrangements. Nice place to stay with family, communication is also good.
