A lovely guest house with great ethnic touches to connect an outsider to the lovely culture of Assam. The rooms are spacious and very clean - in fact the bathroom is equally big. Natural lighting is less however the ambience of the place makes up for it. The place has got ample parking space.

The guest house is situated at beltola tinali near the petrol pump. The place is very spacious and beautifully maintained. There is a large hall at the fifth floor.There are also swings at the garden situated at rupkonwar path this guest house is the last house in the lane which makes it a quiet place from the traffic, noise and hotchpotch.

Quite a good place to stay with clean rooms, courteous staff and ample parking space. They provide homely food and you can get whatever you ask of them. I stay there whenever I visit Guwahati.

I came to Guwahati for holidays and I stayed at Nirvana. Since the first moment that I reached they made me feel amazing by providing me a room to fresh up before the check -in as they understood I had a long flight. On top of that they were the nicest by providing breakfast in my room ! The best thing about Nirvana is the service , all the staff is super friendly and warm and willing to help with what ever request you might have. Everything we liked in this property. The room were spacious, bathroom was clean. Well maintained and nicely decorated. The wifi was strong. Location is nice. Service was very good. Staffs were polite, helpful and cooperative. Food was tasty and delicious. One quilt cover of one room was not clean, there were a stain, so I will request if you can check room thoroughly before giving to guest it will be good. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, we enjoyed a lot. Hope to come again. Definitely i recommend to everyone.

Budget friendly, clean and with a great staff. Nirvana Guesthouse was exactly what I needed after two long drives. Spent 3 days here and I'm completely rejuvenated. Great Experience!!

We were a group of 13 and stayed for 2 nights over Durga Puja. Their service and hygiene were top-notch. Highly recommend them and definitely plan to return.

We are staying at Nirvana because it's just opposite the Netralaya eye hospital where we have come for a routine checkup. It may be slightly off the beaten track for visitors who want to be closer to the shopping malls and eateries. However, it's quiet and clean. The room is very spacious with a big bathroom. It also has ample parking space.

Great experience staying. Clean room, Polite staff, Big building with parking area. Just a bit (~8km) far from Railway station or Paltan bazar but that is taken care by Uber or auto taxi!! Pleasant stay. Would love to come back for stay.

Never stay in this guest house with family, four smell of toilet and alcohol spreads all around...... Receptionist gave me a room which is closely attached with other one and privacy is being compromised, Hot water was also US, pathetic condition of bedsheet and other beding, avoid taking service of this guest house, try other one nearby.

Room were nice location was very near to main road and easy to access everything but the service were worse and the room bedding set bedsheet blanket pillows very dirty they haven't washed or changed after the last guest checked out for that reason I won't recommend this place if you enough time to get another location or hotel to search

I had my lasik done in Nethralaya on 15/12/2022, the great thing is this guest house is just 5 mins walk from the Nethralaya and it was quite convenient for us. Rooms were clean and staffs were friendly n helpful. I would have rated 5 star but reduced one star since the other guests were too noisy n it disturbed our sleep a little. Guests should be strictly advised to maintain decorum and have some civic sense.

Cool property just one lane inside the main road. Rooms are little old but large. Don't expect royal but think in the price they are value for money.

Good location with parking. Room are well equipped. Food is ok, but there is always Swiggy or Zomato.

Budget hotel located amidst the city with okayish facilities. Order food at least one hour before you wish to consume. They don't serve atta rotis, only maida rotis. Wi-Fi speed is poor. Not best for work from home situations. Parking facility available.

To start with when i called them directly, they didnt even revert back to inform if the rooms are available. Had to book via travel app. Location wise it is good, got parking space, room was spacious. But, floor was dusty, didnt look clean. There were lot of mosquitoes. Bathroom tap was broken and leaking. Even drinking water was not provided.

Very good place to stay at Beltala, adjacent to Paltanbazar. Homely ambience. The most important thing is room service which is superb. I have stayed various places all over Eastern India for my job purpose, very few stays is as good as it is. Highly recommended. Just stay once you will loved it.

I am staying in this guest house too & fro every month from last five years .Very good guest house with homely atmosphere. With family, we can feel safe stay at Guwahati area. Experienced very customer friendly staff along with Mr Guljar (Manager).

The room was good but the services was not up to the mark. The geyser was not working and that also in the cold weather of January. The TV was not having connection. The breakfast which was included in the package was very disappointing
