Nice cafe to hang out with friends and loved ones. Liked the atmosphere there and the cold coffee and the Oreo cheesecake was really delicious . Although the food was a bit pricey but the quality was really great and upto the mark.

Recent review: Visited Freza's again yesterday(28-5-2023, Sunday) with my lil sisters. The place is always very pretty but the food and service was a bit of a disappointment yesterday. We ordered a bunch of stuff but was served items completely different. •Like we ordered hakka noodles and they served chicken hakka noodles. •We cancelled peri peri fries because my sister wanted to eat the veg burger which was a combo and had fries so we cancelled the peri peri fries. When we were served that item we were lost in our conversations and ate it before realising that we cancelled it. •My sister was waiting for her burger and so we asked and they thought we cancelled it! Please do take the orders carefully. •They forgot about the blueberry cheesecake also! Overall this time around the visit was really a disappointment. First review: It was lovely! This was our 2nd visit.. It's a very lovely and cosy cafe.. Awesome interior 😍 We ordered french fries, mosambi juice at first.. wanted to order watermelon juice but it wasn't available.. Took some time but it was tasty.. Then we ordered cafe mocha which was yummm and walnut brownie which was absolutely delicious 😋😍

A small bakery with a wide range of variety. The pastries taste really good and so does the cheese breads. I would recommend this bakery to everyone with a good liking for pastries.

Very nicely decorated this is a small bakery with lots of varieties from sweet to savoury snacks. Food is good but can be better. The interior draws the eyes. Very tastefully and artistically done in Italian style.The waiters are well behaved and work in silence unlike loud atmosphere noticed these days in many other places to match with the peaceful interior of the place. This is my second visit to the place and would recommend this place to everyone . Little pricy but can be expected from a well maintained place like this. They have sitting arrangements too. The heart shaped coffee cup is interesting.

Really love the products of Freza but felt absolutely disappointed yesterday. Visited the Hatigaon outlet in the evening and bought 3 pastries and a cheesecake. Ordered for a blueberry cheesecake but was packed a NewYork cheesecake instead. Had been craving for one from Freza since long and this is what I got. Really frustrating and disappointing. Took the pain of going from Chenikuthi to Hatigaon just to get that not relying on online food delivery chains because they suck at times. But yesterday's experience did give a bad taste to remember. 😤😐

The place feels premium, nice atmosphere, it's cozy and the service is good too. Everything inside gives a warm vibe from the wallpapers, colours to the lighting. I had blueberry cheesecake and a cup of coffee and I liked that. Judging by that I guess I'll say the food is good but it's too pricey. There are other bakeries of the same premium experience but costs quite less than Freza's. All in all I did like the experience and would recommend all to go there at least once.

I ordered a 1kg square shaped chocolate truffle cake with red frosting for my sister's birthday. The cake that i received was circular in shape and the cake itself was a little hard to bite into. On top of it when I talked about it with the bakery staff, he denied and said that I never asked for a square cake. Although I have written it and asked for the same. The bakery looks great and nice but maybe the products don't reach up to the mark.

I ordered pastry from this backery from zomato. The taste was good but colour used in the pastry was aweful and gave a yak type of taste🤮. The packet was not properly packed for which the pastries were spread. My daughters disliked this type of mess.

Beautifully decorated (photogenic place) and hygienic bakery place. Their product are good. But sometimes they take too much time to serve the order. Also 1 negative point i must add here - once I asked them if their birthday cakes are all fresh because sometimes the birthday cakes looks fresh but they taste horrible as those are the leftovers from the previous days and as a customer i have the right to ask them n the person in the counter didn't treat that well. Yes of course they might not do that but atleast they should confront that in a better way.

Staff are really rude. Doesn't know how to talk to customers. Note to the owner , please put a signboard that people can't hangout or do a meeting in the outside sitting area without ordering something. There was a confusion and the staff behaved really unruly with us. I always go to your shop but not again ever. I wish no one visits to your shops. It's not even fresh ...

A pretty place , this place got a good collection of confectioneries , the cakes are really good and the place is well maintained.

First of all delivery time was given 11:30 pm. I was sitting there for 12:30, yet cake was not ready. They promised to deliver it to the venue but they charged 200 rupees extra for delivering it to the venue with delay of 2 and half hours i.e, at 1:45 pm. Very Bad exprience. Please be careful people.

Price for two: 500 (approx) We had Blueberry cheesecake, New york cheese cake and cappuccino. The new york cheese cake was a bit dry and the base was too less. So I would recommend the blue berry one. Both were priced around 120 each Cappuccino : 90

Ordered a butterscotch cake. Sent instructions to write a simple happy birthday message and add candles and knife which are basic things. Delivered the cake with none of them mentioned above. Very careless and inappropriate feedback provided. Call executive should have maintained professionalism which was missing . Overall a bad experience .

Ordered a Black Forest birthday cake. Sent an ordinary chocolate cake which was bland & had no sweet taste at all. They didn't even made the effort to make it look like a black forest cake. No chocolate sprinkles, no cherries. Just a chocolate base cake with white flowers on top.

I visited the bakery twice. I love their blue berry cheese cake. Interior design is just amazing. Nice hospitality. Hope to visit again.

The most aesthetic place I have ever been to. They have two floors. You can either sit on the ground floor or the first floor. And in the first floor, you have two options- either sit inside or outside in the balcony area. The place is all white and the staff is very friendly. It's the best place for a date or to spend time by yourself. 💕

I like the vintage feel of the cafe . The environment inside is quite cozy . Has a good amount of mouth watering sweet dishes and a good menu. Just love the donuts.

The outlet interiors are very beautifully done. Seating area upstairs is upscale and ambience is good. Food quality is moderate and priced a bit on the higher side compared to the taste and quality. I ordered a birthday cake for which they are so famous. But must say - was a little disappointed with the final product. Taste was average, which I can say is similar to Repose, but way more expensive. People are not bad. Overall, the best part is ambience. Food is average and service is not bad. For good food I guess we have better options.

Staff are really bad. They dont know how to speak with customes. I think they forgot their first priority is to serve the customer not demand them to buy food and drinks. I went with my friends and was looking at the menu. First of all the waitress came one hour late to give the menu card. Finally when she arrived my friends had to go pick up her daugter so she had to leave. Eventually we thought of packing some pastries. But when we tried to come down . A waitress started to shout and say words like "lebel nidibo" "ahise jodi khai jabo lagibo e " what is all that. Its my wish if i want to eat or not. If you guys have problem regarding customers sitiing and checking out the menu you shoild put up a sign board. Such bad behavious. I advice the owner to hire employee who have the knowledge of talking to people. I didnt wanted to create drama. Or else your manager who is illiterate alongside the one waitress i would have complain to police of harassing a senior citizen . I hope no one buys anything from your shop.

They have take in as well as dine in option. We ordered the non veg pasta and the nutty hazelnut cake which was really good. Overall had a nice experience. Will love to visit again.
