THIS COMPANY OWNER SHANTI JAIN IS SELLING FRAUD TICKETS ONCE YOU BOOKED TICKETS AND RECIEVED CONFIRMATION EMAIL THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK AFTER 3 HRS AND FORCEFULLY AUTO CANCEL THE PNR AND SAID TICKET IS INVALID WILL REFUND THIS AND THAT. IT IS THE WORST B2B TRAVEL COMPANY EVER EXPERICED IN THIS WORLD. NEVER DEAL WITH SUCH COMPANY.

Refund process is very bad. they dint processed the refund of 2020 ticket. neither responding to mails, calls.

This is worst travel agency ( Happyfares)I came across , I booked 7 sests from Hyderabad to Varanasi for 4 November 20022 ,through happyfares by' go first ' airlines, they cancelled the flight and they are not refunding rhe money , only one contact number for happyfares ,always the ivr says 'its connecting pl wait( the person may have to wait eternally for resounse )' but there wont be any one revieving your call hours together , their strategy is to book tickets ,collect money ,cancel flights and they wont refund money , and keep all money for themselves ' go first wont refund so the happyfares keep their commission without refunding
