Brilliant yoga studio with a great instructor and in an excellent location. The small classes means Jem can spend more time helping with technique and guiding you through the class. I hadn't really done yoga before, but the classes are designed for all skill levels.

Jem's Wednesday and Sunday Yin classes are the perfect way to check-in with yourself and break up the week. A relaxed and friendly environment and Yogi who clearly loves what she does! Wouldn't go anywhere else in CBR.

I did the beginner course and was introduced to Yin Yoga. Had no idea that almost 2 years later that Yin would become an essential part of my life and how important it is for my well-being and body to routinely counter the effects of years of stress and fast paced life. I love this little studio and the nurturing classes that Jem provides. Highly recommend.

I was very nervous on my way to my first Yoga class but as soon as I met Jema...the nerves were gone and a wave of calmness came over me. I thoroughly enjoyed the class and Jema guided me with all the Yoga poses. My second class was tonight and once again I had the same calmness as soon as I entered the Studio in Kingston. It is a beautiful venue and Jema is a gem! I recommend Kingston Yoga, it is a safe space and no need for nerves. I 💓 it. 

Jem of Kingston yoga is amazing especially if you're feeling a bit scared to start. She's practical, realistic , down to earth and knows her stuff. If you're not sure you, can ru a private lesson first. It's well worth it
