i was denied a belly button piercing by the tall, pale black hair girl as “my stomach sticks out too much”. i am a size 10, have been recommended to get one of these piercings before by friends and other people who do these piercings and have never heard that the size of my stomach would be an issue. even if this is the case it was not conveyed in a positive way AT ALL. i left crying and miserable this girl was awful.

Kinley pierced my Septum; it was professional, clean, safe, and painless. She is truly the Yoda of piercings so I felt like Luke Skywalker in Star Wars (the bit where he used the Force to lift the X-Wing out of the swamp - NOT the bit where he tongue-kissed his own bloody sister - ewwww). Flick guided me, answered questions that I didn't even think about, handled the front of ship like a champ. Just go here for all your piercings guys. Squid.

Impulsively got my rook pierced today and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The service is cheap but extremely safe and professional, the staff are lovely and easy to talk to and the whole store has such a fun, pleasant atmosphere. I've tried other piercing places in Canberra but I will definitely only be coming here from now on.

I found all the worker very rude and judge mental about my piercing. I don’t understand what it has to do with them if I have a tongue Barlow through my tragus piercing!!! I would never be going back to that shop and I do not recommend people to go there. Unfortunately I have to do one star because I can’t do none!!!

I've heard good things about this place, but unfortunately I can't say anything positive. They do not answer their phone, so don't bother calling. I've been ringing periodically for three days, and not one answer. I am clinically agoraphobic and need to check stock levels of things I want before going in store in case its not there, as leaving my home is a very taxing (but important) task for me. The workers here clearly are too preoccupied with something to pick up the phone ringing all day, despite the fact I've been told they rarely have more than handful of customers at once. I had a very simple question to ask before coming in, but I'll just go elsewhere. Do better.

terrible experience. Got my firsts done at a chemist with a gun and it was a trillion times better than this place where I got my seconds. Just don’t go here everything about it was bad. very very overpriced. Hurts a lot. Bad aftercare and terrible aftercare instructions. Really big earrings that left a big hole in my ears, much wider than my others.

Went in yesterday and was able to get pierced right away. Previous times I hadn't been so lucky, but can understand that businesses have time slots for a reason. Ashleigh was just fantastic! I had a medusa pierced yesterday. She went through all of the safety information with me, explained after care for the piercing, explained how it would feel and heal. How the piercing would sit on my lip. I get quite nervous before i get any needles but Ashleigh was so patient. She explained the whole procedure to me, aligned a mark on my lip until I was happy with the positioning, laid me down and told me she would start the piercing when she said "breathe out." She told me when I should close my eyes so I didn't see the needle and made sure I was happy with the positioning after it was pierced. She was so gentle! Ashleigh also said if I had any worries that I am able to ring the store (as I live 3+ hours away) and when the piercing can be replaced after healing they can do that for me too. Thank you so much! X

Ashleigh pierced a BUNCH of my piercings (i have 11 face piercings) and shes just so kind and gentle! She always focuses so much on the symmetry of it all and is just super reassuring every time. Hugo is also just such a sick dude whos so incredibly supportive of all the new ideas ppl come in with! Looking forward to working with Ash towards my ear project soon and just hanging with the whole crew!

Beautiful bunch of sods, soon as I walked in I knew all the other negative reviews were more than likely bull. I'm from Tas and they made me feel so comfortable and talked me through everything and all my different options. 100% recommend!

Staff are very accommodating and hoenstly just chill and so very kind! Knowledgeable in the products they sell and in my experience I've had some really dope conversations. They even offered to put new jewelry in as soon as I got it. honestly sometimes I go just for the chill ambience defs would recommend

She’s done all my piercings. She is very chill and easy to talk to when discussing what to have pierced and where it would look good. I trust her personal opinion with what piercings would suit me and her piercing experience. She is super awesome when she’s doing it, she talks through everything that she’s doing. Had my ears repierced by Ashley (sorry if wrong spelling). I had pierced ears a long time ago and let them close. The girls checked my ears and couldn't see any issues. Good selection of starter jewelry. She was very professional in explaining the process and making it as stressless as she could. It only took a few minutes and, no, I didn't pass out. It was very quick, relatively painless and straightforward from piercing to getting the jewelry in place. The package of piercing, jewelry and after care solution was, in my view, quite reasonable compared to a couple of other places I spoke with. It's been 3-4 weeks and, so far, no problems. Thanks for making it an easy experience.

Could not recommend highly enough! Em has done a majority of my piercings and helped me beginning my ear lobe stretching journey. Ashleigh did my dermals and they're so freaking beautiful and healed so perfectly. Staff are always friendly and professional. They are so invested in giving you the best experience and aftercare!! 10/10 could not recommend more, I literally tell everyone to go there!

I got my septum done about 2 months ago and the whole process was AMAZING. They explained proper aftercare, different jewellery options and positioning that would make it look the best. When it was done the lady who did it was so nice and told me everything that she was doing. I’m already planning to go back for my next piercing.

The ladies here were very friendly and squeezed me in for a conch re-piercing to correct my previous one that had been performed incorrectly. They were genuinely caring and helpful with my piercing experience and provided after care instructions, saline solution and gem jewellery for a great price. Will definitely be coming back.😊

I was curious about the mixed reviews before going here. Honestly I'd say that the staff return whatever energy you give them. I had such a great experience here!! the team was super chill, open and welcoming, were happy to have a chat, especially the new guy who made me feel comfortable with getting my first face piercing done here! After googling for best body piercing in Canberra off ya tree was a high recommendation, Emily was awesome, professional, funny and calming with my piercings. All the team were very professional and knowledgeable when i was making my booking, if your looking for somewhere to go I’d recommend them.

Super professional surgeons that make you feel the most comfortable when getting piercings. I never go anywhere else for piercings, all the staff are so nice and accommodating, go through everything super well and ask if you have any questions. I'm super uncomfortable with needles and all the staff were so nice and did their best to make me comfortable throughout the whole process.
