I travel Europe and change hotels every few days or week as on business trips. That hotel was the worst so far. Rooms- old furniture and everything , the bed was perfectly fine. Renovation was noticed in the corridors and elevators are new. The reception was polite and responsive. Was not able to sleep much as there were constant people in front of the hotel smoking and talking in the middle of the night sometimes until 04:00 in the morning even asked by the receptionist to be quiet , they continued. Would not visit it again nor recommend.

I was looking for accommodation for a six-month stay in Germany and found it here at the DoblerGreen Hotel. One thing has to be said in advance, this hotel promises and even exceeds the quality of the stars it has been awarded. Upon arrival, I received a very warm and friendly welcome and was also given bounteous information, especially due to the tightened Corona regulations in the beginning of the year. The room was equipped with the kitchen package as described. Here it is important to mention that these were brand new appliances. I was also always allowed to use the laundry room. In addition, a well equipped fitness room was provided. Kudos to the cleaning staff since the hotel was at all times tidy, which is crucial at this particular time. The hotel manager is an extremely friendly person who was always willing to help. If there were any problems, she was always ready with solutions. I really appreciated my stay here and if I ever have to go to Germany again, without a doubt I would book a place here. This place makes me feel at home.

I stayed at DoblerGreen Hotel for 8 months. It was awesome. All the staff are so friendly. Especially the manager is always willing to help you. Rooms with kitchen, fitness room and laundry room are some great reasons to choose this hotel.

The worst hotel I've been staying in ...manager who called rolla has 'a rude attitude', she doesn't know how to treat her customers The staff weren't professional enough except one or two only The laundry room was the worst it was dirty I stayed for about 3 months cause i was on a business trip and everything i nominated was clear during the period of my stay I will never visit it again

What to say i wasnt happy and just tired to complain. The photos of the rooms must be so old it never ever looks like in the photos. It feels old , dark and not clean... ...Bugs in the bathroom, no ironing or washing possibility, no free water, no cloths hanger, wanted to pay earlier in the evening the computer was alrrady shut down??, loud, very very old looking rooms, i had an old not running white fridge in my room for no reason???, dark rooms, bedroom lamp broken, couldn't see the fire alarm, smelly, just hot water from the bath tube, there is no room service at all, same towels everyday, nobody cleans the room. Needs urgently a renovation. Breakfast super standard and basic with cheap packed cheese and meat variations,. I see no love from anyone to keep the hotel running it just looks old and not nice at all. Some of the stuff are very nice and helpful anyway! Thanks to them! Guess the refugees in the 1st floor will be the only guests soon

Found the hotel superb! So nice personnel. Always were ready to help me. Very clean and very nice breakfast. And so comfortable lobby bar for evening chilling: interesting decorations, candles, piano- amazing atmosphere! Stayed in the Hotel for two weeks. Enjoyed a lot! If I plan the trip again to Gerlingen, will choose for sure DoblerGreen again. Thanks! Tatsiana

Upon arrival we booked hotel 8pm arrived 9:30pm The man on reception looked at us and said too late check in was 6pm and now cancelled goodbye ! What hotels stops check ins at 6pm but allows you too book it at 8pm same day !!!! Offered no help fortunately a man at the bar helped and told the reception we have already paid for the room after 45 minutes of heated discussion finally just gave us a room as the hotel wasn't even fully booked ! When we got in a room with twin beds as me and my friend was staying here he gave us a double bed room 1 pillow 1 blanket and 1 towel !!!! What double bed room offers 1 pillow and 1 towel was just really bad experience start too finish never staying here again curtains all stained and filthy receptionist needs a very good retraining programme rooms need checking and putting correct amount items for room sizes ! Beyond disappointed 😞

This is a very good hotel to stay in Boblingen. They offer nice breakfast and have restrau as well for lunch and dinner. This hotel has options to opt for rooms with kitchen. Host is nice and friendly.

The hotel is good but there is no cleaning service and if you ask for cleaning they will charge you each time ... They have very small gym if you would like just to do some basics ... There is no swimming pool ... The parking is available underground level ... The area around the hotel is nice green and quiet 😌... I did not try the restaurant so i can't comment on the food ... The staff are nice people to deal with

The manager of the hotel you will see it regularly ignores your requests always The rooms are not like the photos a few rooms only with kitchen most of rooms are without Most of rooms are without shrank also I didnt love the way this manager was treating me and most of the guests she was ignoring our requests keep postponing it.

Basic, every room I've had there something has been broken. Missing smoke alarms. Staff are pleasant enough but that's the only bonus

Very professional, respectful and helpful staff. Nice and clean rooms ... Services are always at disposal and extra requests are always received with open hearts. You can expect treats and little gifts (chocolate) if you visit at christmas or Easter. Overall speaking, i will recommend it for short as well as long stays.

A very good hotel, super friendly staff who are very helpful. The breakfast was good and the rooms are modern and clean.

The room was small. Request for rooms to be cleaned is the policy but when requested, only give fresh towels and bathroom garbage taken out. Guests take own kitchen garbage out and supplied own garbage bags. Had to take dovet off the comforters and pillow cases to be changed otherwise not. Our bed sheet was never changed during our weeks of stay. Excellent breakfast with wide varieties and friendly staff at the breakfast room.

I definitely don't recommend it to anyone. It is not a four star hotel, everything is cheap the people are unfriendly the rooms are not cleaned every day. Everything cost plus money the parking free is horribly high, even the bottle of water is cost to go in your room disgusting. The breakfast is almost €10 but it is nothing. If you want to clean room you have to ask it but there is no any Thank you, in the cleaning. The bathroom is not cleaned the towels are not changed basically just the trash bin makes empty. This Hotel is far not 4 star level. The rooms is €40 in Saturday but it is almost €120 on Wednesday 3 times more for the same room!!!

Fayçal was great. Helped us when we had questions, and addressed our concerns. He should be recognized for being a great employee. My room was mediocre. At the end of the hall and the wifi was not so great.
