Really nice rooms, food not so good especially if you're Nigerian. Looong check-in duration. Do not buy Sharwama in this hotel if you're Nigerian lol. Ended in premium tears 😂

It's a great place to stay for leisure and business perfect for families and events

You will get a 4star experience from this hotel...the sheets on the bed are crisp and clean. The hotel is really clean, breakfast buffet is top notch and the swimming pool is located on the 5th floor giving you the opportunity of having an aerial view of the city.

Clean rooms and decent staff. Hotel prices are quite reasonable and I especially liked the attitude of the staff. You need to upgrade your elevator though.

It’s a nice hotel with a moderately decent conference hall. There’s a parking space and it’s located within the city center and it’s not very far from the beach.

Nice rooms though with the French craziness

When we arrived at the hotel 03.00 am 11/10/23 the Reception Manager was extremely rude he delayed to give us the rooms and he wanted to give us room with one double bed despite the reservation. The breakfast was below average. The rooms smell like mold and are too small for 2 people. The water pressure in the bathroom was low.

Hôtel is in town and their conference room are convenient for meetings.

Good place, but the internet connexion was a big challenge, I had to call the reception anytime to fix that.

Parking is not really easy. Beware! Customer service is OK but they could do better. The rooms are standard.,i don't know about luxury but it's standard!

The hotel is well located and the client service is good, sometimes delayed but good. The rooms are reasonable good but they require more attention to the details and cleaning. The breakfast is ok but it could have more variety and the restaurant could also improve their speed.

Nice Hotel. Courteous staff. Most of them are bilingual. Bed and buffet breakfast. There's even a swimming pool and bar on the fifth floor

A very nice and cosy place, beautiful room with a plush swimming on the 5th floor as well as a stunning restaurant on the first floor. But, The lady receptionist, is very rude and arrogant, I experienced her stinking attitude when I checked in with my tourism team on the 11th of May, 2019.
