This branch is very small. Your clothes will definetely smell out. The order was ready but not served. Food taste waS good

It is a small place on the highway with 3 tables for sitting in. At the time of the visit, the place was crowded. Staff were friendly and received with a smile. Order was already made by phone but was not competed. Tawook sadwish was the order for a takeaway. Despite being prepared in front of us, the sandwish came with cold tawook meat. Other than that, sandwish was typical malak tawook. Place is recommended for a quick.biy, but make sure to let them heat the meat first.

Loved it, definitely lived up to it’s name.. truly the king of Tawouk.. The shop is beautifully designed, and the staff is very friendly. When it comes to the taste it’s king..

Great value, taste and service

The sandwich is tasty. I was full after eating the whole sandwich. The chicken is juicy with fries wrappers up in a thin Lebanese bread. The price was good 200 000 LL

More than half an hour waiting and still haven't received our food are we fine dining or what? No supervisor or manager to complain this is really unacceptable

Extremely slow service We were first in line and ordered four sandwiches and it took them 30 minutes to make all of them

I been ordering the same item from malak tawouk since forever.. and when i visited their fouad chehab branch and ordered the usual which is their "big burger in pita bread" and i noted the cashier not to grill the break.. i came to a surprise when i received my order with a full raw onion and raw tomatos (they were always grilled).. and when i asked about the issue.. the manager's reply was thats how its served.. u didnt ask for us to grill them.. to which i replied i been ordering this item for the past 8 years and it has always been served with grilled vegetables to which he replied we changed that yesterday.. and to top it all.. the bread was grilled.. and when i asked about this issue.. their reply was i assure you it was not grilled maybe its from the hot air being pulled by the hood i mean the bread was literally crunching.. and cracking.. and when i shiwed the manager the grilled bread his answer was would you like me to pull you the camera recordings for you to see it was not grilled ?? and they never even offered to replace my order(which was never my intention, i just wanted to enjoy my sandwich) even tho i tried to escalate it many times for them to at least take the initiation and ask about it.. untill they saw me pull tomatos and onions from my sandwich for half a minute in front of them.. then they asked if i want my order to be replaced.. to which i replied with rejection of course.. i have been a loyal customer for malak tawouk since forever.. but this branch showed me super unproffessionalism and their manager showed the highest level of carelessness to food service and to the brand's customers!! NEVER AGAIN!!
