The food was delicious and the quality was good!!! The staff are nice!!! The vibes and atmosphere are good as well!!! I would definitely recommend visiting it!!!

We visited today and ordered the boneless wrap. Tha place is nice not, tables not too clean. The service was very slow considering only 1 lady was taking order for deliveries dine in and packing them. The sandwich (wrap) was delicious. The chicken is nice with crispy chips and average barbecue sauce. I would recommend that they consider another sauce for this wrap. Over all i would recommend it.

Got food poisoning. chicken wasn’t cooked well. Clearly not as careful as the more popular branches in Beirut.

We ordered 3 sandwiches from this place through totters it took 1.5 hours to arrive. They arrived cold. The boneless sandwich is good but the chicken was not crispy.

Last weekend we ordered 3 all the heat burgers and it was utter garbage the chicken tasted Hideous and it was like chewing on bones we called back to report our problem, the customer service did nothing nor even tried to help Would not recommend.

Best food and service in town, been visiting them since 2019, always leaving satisfied! Highly recommended👍

Boneless 28 Aley is as bad as it gets. The fries and chicken are fried in the same fryer, resulting in the fries tasting like chicken, and the chicken being hard to chew and dry. It's disheartening and sad to see boneless 28 name being affected negatively like this. Two times not one I got my order like this the chicken was hard to chew, smells, hard to swallow and not edible by all means. Moreover the fries was oily and tastes like chicken and felt like it's half fried. I like to add that I'm not the only one who experienced such service as many of my friends had the same complaint.

the boneless box that they are talking about is not 10 pieces, check attached pictures and the fries box arrived too oily and not freshly fried, very bad quality for the meat on the top as well. it was my first time ordering and i got really disappointed. not even deserving a 1 as rating, a zero !!

The boneless wrap was a disaster. The chicken pieces were huge and not crispy at all, very hard to eat and tasted bad. The sandwich wasn’t wrapped well and the bread was too old it couldn’t even hold up the ingredients together. We ended up by not eating it.

This is the second time i order one of their chicken burgers (special burger and honey mustard burger) and each time the chicken is burnt and rock hard. Not tasty at all! After i ate the burger i just wanted to puke. Couldn't even finish it because i couldn't even put it in my mouth. Although, their beef burgers are good. I recommend you stay away from their chicken burgers. Lol!
