I
recently
visited
Hunger
Bunker,
a
small
restaurant
that
offers
both
indoor
and
outdoor
seating.
Upon
arrival,
we
discovered
that
it's
better
to
make
reservations.
We
decided
to
try
a
variety
of
dishes,
including
burgers,
smashed
burger,
cheese
in
the
bun,
and
dynamite
chicken.
To
make
it
a
satisfying
meal,
we
opted
for
the
hunger
bucket
tray
upgrade.
The
appetizers,
such
as
the
fries
and
mozzarella
sticks
made
with
real
mozzarella,
were
enjoyable.
However,
the
wings
were
disappointing.
They
lacked
freshness
and
seemed
to
have
been
reheated
multiple
times,
resulting
in
an
unsavory
taste
that
was
difficult
to
identify
as
chicken.
Moving
on
to
the
main
dishes,
the
Smash
burger
was
satisfying.
We
decided
to
upgrade
with
double
ham,
bacon,
onions,
and
cheddar.
Unfortunately,
the
ham
was
overly
salty.
The
cheese
in
the
bun
had
an
overwhelming
presence
of
mustard
and
pickles,
overshadowing
the
other
ingredients,
which
wasn't
to
our
liking.
On
the
other
hand,
the
dynamite
chicken
stood
out
among
the
burgers.
The
sweet
chili
sauce
complemented
the
chicken
well,
and
the
cheddar
dip
had
a
truly
remarkable
taste
of
real
cheddar.
Overall,
the
portions
were
generous,
leaving
us
feeling
full
but
not
necessarily
satisfied.
The
abundance
of
ingredients
in
each
dish
could
be
overwhelming,
as
it
felt
like
too
much
was
packed
into
a
single
burger
or
plate.
Additionally,
the
approximate
cost
of
$16
per
person
seemed
quite
expensive.
