They can improve their customer service. Every time I reach out to them on Whatsapp the person who responds is either rude or doesn't give any clear answers, I bought some items today in the store and I asked about the loyalty points they told me I should receive them, but when I reached out to them and ask about the missing points they said it's only valid for online purchase.

Skin Society is my favorite place so far! An amazing place to pamper yourself (I’ve tried the massage session, manicure/pedicure, and it was the best experience!
