I like this branch I always visiting it great customer service, so, i made a delivery order from their website. We tried the fish burger offer & the chicken deluxe, delicious, crispy, this the only branch who deliver a hot delicious French fries!!! The driver was very friendly & helpful. I give this McDonalds top ratings for food, hygiene and especially customer service. They are fantastic and brilliant. 09.07.2017 We Placed an order using the online delivery service application. When the order arrived we received an exchanged burger, they replaced the fish Burger by a beef burger!!!! + They didn't send the gift the macflurry on our first order from this app!!! I said to myself Mistakes happen so my husband called, The operator began arguing with him and she interrupt him, saying: no you didn't use the application, without checking!!! My husband told her: Can you check before interrupt me !! After a 20 minutes waiting to send me the fish Burger I called again back the number provided and they said they would look into it!!!! After a second 10 minutes passed we were told the order won't arrive. They sent it with a fries gift but COLD 😵😵😵😵 & this time they sent my gift of my first order on their application!!! If you use the delivery service application don't guarantee on receiving your order. 26.05.2018 Today I got a macflury kit kat, delicious and fresh 👍 23.06.2018 My order today was online I ordered a chicken deluxe large meal and a fish burger sandwich plus 2 donuts 1 chocolate and 1 Boston. My order arrived missing the Boston donut, they sent an another one!! I called them, the operator was very careless,they sent it after a 30 minutes! Customer service is non existent. Can't even get the smallest of orders correct. Very unsatisfied.

I like the new design of the space, it's much more welcoming and modern. The staff are kind and helpful. With the new touch screen, you can take your time for choosing items from the menu. Surprisingly, you will find anything you're looking for in a very clear way and even the offers are clear to see (the best for me was the 1$ for a coffee and a donut from McCaffé)

It's my first time at McCafé in LeMall Dbayeh. The person in charge is laughably oblivious on how to do his job. I asked if they had Lactose free milk, and he said yes. He then pulls out a half skimmed regular milk and insists that it is Lactose free. I don't argue and ask him to use it for my Frappe. He then hands me a steaming hot regular latte. The employee responsible for service doesn't even know the meaning of the word café frappe. And he hangs out outside his station most of the time. Not to mention that the leftover tray took thirty minutes to be picked up. I'd laugh at the innocence of it all, but I'm not in the mood right now.... No one is.

I ordered the chicken duo burgers from mc donalds. The chicken was crispy , golden . Bun was fresh . Generously filled with cheese and veggies. Fries were cold and way salty such a disappointment. Orange juice was fresh . Meal was very pocket friendly. Staff is very friendly and helpful ( ahmad )

I recently dined at McDonald's, and I can say that it was one of the worst fast-food experiences I've ever had. Let's start with the fries. Not only were they lukewarm and soggy, but they also lacked any semblance of crispiness. Moving on to the McChicken, I was appalled to find that there was no lettuce whatsoever. How can you call it a McChicken when it lacks such a basic ingredient? The chicken patty itself was undercooked and pink in the middle, making it completely inedible. resulting unpleasant experience. There are plenty of other fast-food options available that prioritize quality and customer satisfaction.
