Frankly nothing has been done to make us discover where to enjoy their wine. No explanation, I could have done the same thing by buying my bottle in a supermarket. Wine review: Honestly their most successful wine is the white especially the chardonnay, the seven, less for the riesling which is too acidic and green. Regarding the red, it still lacks finesse and balance, even the most successful wine prestige has no charisma. Finally sparkling rosé is very acid and soulless. Très déçue par ma visite je ne reviendrai pas et ne conseil pas non voici les raisons : - le château est une coquille vide : les vignes ne sont pas à proximité du château. Elles sont basées plus loin et le château est encore en construction, il n' y a que les chai. -le chai est composé de cuve en inox avec le nom des cépages, c'est tout. Aucune visite n'a été fait pour nous expliquer la fabrication du vin. Puis à qq mètre on arrive à la salle de dégustation, c'est la salle où est entreposé le vin, bref on est dans un entrepôt sans charme. La dégustation se fait dans des verres en plastique ce qui n'est pas idéal pour goûter le vin. On goûte avec le même verre en plastique entre les dégustations, pas évident entre le vin blanc et le rouge. J'ai demandé de l'eau pour rincer le verre et la bouche, pour un vin médaillé quel domage de le présenter dans ces conditions. Franchement rien 'à été fait pour nous faire découvrir où apprécier leur vin. Aucune explication, j' aurai pu faire la même chose en achetant ma bouteille dans un supermarché. Bilan sur le vin : Honnêtement leur vin le plus aboutit est le blanc notamment le chardonnay, le seven, moins pour le riesling qui est trop acide et vert. Concernant le rouge, ça manque encore de finesse et d équilibre, meme le vin prestige qui est le plus aboutit n'a pas de charisme . Enfin le rosé pétillant est très acide et sans âme. Bref ça ne vaut pas le détour ni pour la visite ni pour le vin. Dommage car ayant goûter d autres vins libanais (aurora ixsyr et adyar) qui sont chacun fabuleux et unique batroun montain est loin du compte.
