Don't! Don't! Don't!!!!! Well if you are looking for a red light zone for a one night stand with a casual partner, then go for it.... But if you are going there with your date, your family, your wife, your fiancé or anyone you care about, then I insist not to do it!!!!! A very good location with lots of potential with great seaside view! But the stuff is not friendly, they try to scam you, to over charge you!!! And the parking is outside the hotel!! It is rate 4 stars on some of the famous booking websites, but it has nothing to do with even one star 🌟 ..... I had a bad experience myself, I booked a 110 sqm duplex with them but it was very messy: broken mixers, broken windows, balcony doors didn't close properly very old sanitary fixtures and appliances. They offered me to move to a better room which is twice smaller 40 sqm, it was newly refurbished... But double the price and not even worth it !!!!!! And they think that it's their best room, i will attach some pictures to show you the funny design, which they think is ideal compared to a 4 stars hotel!!!

Not recommended and extremely disappointing destination. The price is affordable but service is below average; poor cleanliness, poor politeness, not kids friendly, poor maintenance, racist and failure in achieving any hospitality services. 1- Cleanliness: Very very dirty. I mean really...baby cockroaches in the chalet, two people come and barely clean all without any supervision. A dead cockroach stayed in for 3 days and nobody noticed it. The dirt under the couches hasn’t been removed for weeks. Also (not to mention the dirtiest couches ever) baby cockroaches nested in the couches. Very bad pest control!! 2- The cleaning service comes whenever they want without minor coordination and as late as 7-8 pm neglecting the existence of having kids. 3- Unsafe. If you walk in the resort you clearly see that the concrete is not being repaired and the corroded steel is shown almost everywhere and probably is unsafe to the building. In the kids area there is an opening to the entrance of the parking which needs a gate otherwise kids’ lives are in danger with car contact. Pest control at 5-6 pm while all the kids are playing…etc. 4- We are in 2018... I don’t think there is a pool without an overflow filtration system. They keep adding chlorine and they never empty it to add clean water. Moreover, the kids pool is being filled with sea water through a very primitive filtration system... just a net. 5- Racist... a house maid cannot swim in the pool but only in sea... to be fair, this is applicable to almost every resort in Lebanon (which is totally wrong) however, being a hotel as well as a resort doesn’t make it logical to ban foreigners from swimming. 6- Breakfast comes as late as 9:30-10:30 am... don’t know if it is considered lunch or breakfast

very nice place people were really kind and hospitality was on top, we took two rooms cause we were 2 families they were nice tidy and clean fresh towels every now and then and the toilets were nice too, we stayed there for 2 days and one night . what happened is that we need to give away our room at 12 pm and if you want to stay in your room for the rest of the day u pay an extra 20$ but unfortunately for us our rooms were both prebooked so we couldnt stay in them if we wanted to, so they gave us a new studio apartment so we could complete out day with no extra charges whatsoever which was really generous and kind. Im not a big fan of salt water in the pool but its fine overall experience was quiet good tbh

Very poor service, with poor management and alot of restrictions plus they try to do everything to make your stay not comfortable, making you pay more than they tell you when booking, Don't recommend at all

I don't know exactly where to start, my reservation was for two weeks, cost around $2000, the failed management amounts to extreme rudeness and disrespect towards customers just in case you're worried about your kids and family , I advise you not to experiment, extreme lack of cleanliness (when complaining, the answer was: that's your problem and also depends on what you paid, although we paid $150 a day), which made me do it , to check out immediately and they forced me to pay in cash even though they had sent the booking confirmation to charge my credit card, the manager Mr. Kamel was his professional opinion that this was my fault so I had to call to make sure inquire. "I noticed that I tried to contact them by phone and whatsapp but the replies were that they wanted $300 as a deposit to confirm my reservation through Western Union and when I asked a question there was no response and there was no internet in the rooms, I don't recommend you try it.

Overall good resort to spend a day or rent a chalet for the summer. The place is clean and well maintained and have the proper setup like life guards, restaurant, basketball court and others. The sports activites however are limited to 2 courts so not much to do if you are a big fan of sports. Also, the pools can be frustrating: both kids and adult pools are filled with sea water and over saturated with chlorine so they can be very hurtful for your eyes let alone the kids eyes.

Big swimming pool but with very very small beach access. Separate kids swimming pool where kids can enjoy with a mini football and tennis playgrounds. Chalets are clean but service needs to get better mainly in breakfast.

Its a very nice and quiet place. The pool is big and clean.2 beach acessses one is deep and the other is from ground level.prices of the bar is very reasonable compared to other places. You need to rent a cabine or a chalet or get an invitation card from a chalet owner to get in though.

The place is nice. The view is amazing. The only problem is that there so many chalets. You will get lost to find yours.

I have been going to Safra for about 4 years and it is a nice, family-friendly place.
