Not
recommended
and
extremely
disappointing
destination.
The
price
is
affordable
but
service
is
below
average;
poor
cleanliness,
poor
politeness,
not
kids
friendly,
poor
maintenance,
racist
and
failure
in
achieving
any
hospitality
services.
1-
Cleanliness:
Very
very
dirty.
I
mean
really...baby
cockroaches
in
the
chalet,
two
people
come
and
barely
clean
all
without
any
supervision.
A
dead
cockroach
stayed
in
for
3
days
and
nobody
noticed
it.
The
dirt
under
the
couches
hasn’t
been
removed
for
weeks.
Also
(not
to
mention
the
dirtiest
couches
ever)
baby
cockroaches
nested
in
the
couches.
Very
bad
pest
control!!
2-
The
cleaning
service
comes
whenever
they
want
without
minor
coordination
and
as
late
as
7-8
pm
neglecting
the
existence
of
having
kids.
3-
Unsafe.
If
you
walk
in
the
resort
you
clearly
see
that
the
concrete
is
not
being
repaired
and
the
corroded
steel
is
shown
almost
everywhere
and
probably
is
unsafe
to
the
building.
In
the
kids
area
there
is
an
opening
to
the
entrance
of
the
parking
which
needs
a
gate
otherwise
kids’
lives
are
in
danger
with
car
contact.
Pest
control
at
5-6
pm
while
all
the
kids
are
playing…etc.
4-
We
are
in
2018...
I
don’t
think
there
is
a
pool
without
an
overflow
filtration
system.
They
keep
adding
chlorine
and
they
never
empty
it
to
add
clean
water.
Moreover,
the
kids
pool
is
being
filled
with
sea
water
through
a
very
primitive
filtration
system...
just
a
net.
5-
Racist...
a
house
maid
cannot
swim
in
the
pool
but
only
in
sea...
to
be
fair,
this
is
applicable
to
almost
every
resort
in
Lebanon
(which
is
totally
wrong)
however,
being
a
hotel
as
well
as
a
resort
doesn’t
make
it
logical
to
ban
foreigners
from
swimming.
6-
Breakfast
comes
as
late
as
9:30-10:30
am...
don’t
know
if
it
is
considered
lunch
or
breakfast
