I liked the great location of the siwar appartments and the beauty of the view, the services: rooftop pool and restaurants are really great! The appartment was big and clean which is great. Only thing : there was absolutely nothing to live in just for our holidays (like no toilet paper at all for our arrival very early in the morning) and some little things were broken. Besides that, everything was great! I totally recommend!

Nice place, but apparently a bonnet is required to be in the pool as a woman. The rule, although, is only enforced when the lifeguard sees many people at the pool, so as not to be yelled at by other patrons. Men who have longer hair than some women, however, are not required to tie their hair or wear a bonnet. Rules should either be enforced all the time for all people, or not at all. The other downfall is no beach access, though it is a chalet right on the beach.

Turning more to be a good family and quiet space just by the seaside. The rooftop pool is always clean, well maintained and inviting to take a refreshing swim!

Very lovely and safe location. Beautiful views from the apartment of the beach. One downside though is it’s not very easy to walk to nearby supermarkets, shops etc. Place is generally clean and well kept.

Easy to find on the seaside road . Very quite place with a nice view and suitable for families and children. The pool is medium size and it is clean . The food is good as well 👍🏻 the building is a little bit old but still in good condition. In order to enter you need an invitation from a resident at siwar . There is also a parking underground .

The location is good as it in the middle of the best places to visit in Lebanon. You can easily go to both the North and South, and also take the mountain road for fresher outings. The compound only allows pets in the rooms but not at the pool. You are not allowed to bring food at the pool, even if the restaurant has no breakfast... a bit illogical. At night there is a great fresh air on the terrasse and having a gathering or drink around the pool is worth it. During the day, you cannot swim in the pool without a swimming cap, a scarf or a hat.

Swimming pool is pretty cool, big parking, possibility to order from you appartement somethibg to eat, duplex are very spacious.

Very good resendtial and business complex that is very close to the sea. The roof top pool is amazing and the companies that are located there are elegant and prestigious. The access to it is very close to the autostrad road and it is also close to the Jonieh area where all night life of Beirut is expressed well.

Friendly staff, great pool and seems very safe. The downsides is: no access to the beach, the surroundings are not the prettiest on the coast, you must to have a car or use Uber. To market and food, I recommend to use Toters App, works very well (jul/2022).

Calm place with a private pool including an amazing view towards the see i rented through Airbnb a room number 104 the host is really nice and presentable.
