i paid for 10 hours around 9 pm, and 5 minutes later the electricity cut off, i told the guy working that i needed a refund because i live far away and only came to visit once, he refused and started being disrespectful and started making up excuses to not refund me, basically i got illegally robbed. Moreover, the newest employee (joseph is his name i believe ) doesn’t even know the basic stuff about PC’s. At last, the prices there were higher than all other networks in lebanon, and keep in mind that the PC’s are outdated and half of the gear is broken, and let’s not even mention the ping and packet loss

Owner became so greedy best example( constantly increasing prices using the "we are turning on the ACs" excuse, noting that none of the ACs are being turned on maybe one of them for a short period of time) as well as all of the equiments are ruined for more than 3 months around 13 chairs are broken as well as headsets have missing mics and so on. Even software wise, for example steam doesn't work always or even other games (none steam related) Would not recomend.

Went there recently, the games were so limited, the pcs and keyboard and mouses are almost always sticky and mostly dont work. Overmore the internet is always slow and laggy, some games didnt even run because the client didnt even open up, will never visit again, if i can rate it lower i would, terrible honestly.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Mazzika Gaming Lounge. It is located in a secure area, is well-maintained, and has a good ventilation system. The best part is that the entire lounge is smoke-free, which, in my opinion, enhances the overall experience. They offer a wide variety of gaming options on the PC, including Steam and other older games like Generals Zero Hour. The staff is fantastic, but one area that could use improvement is the chairs, as many of them require extensive maintenance. Additionally, updating the screens would also be beneficial. However, apart from these minor issues, everything else about the place is simply amazing!

Very nice place. You can find cinema rooms where u can reserve a film ant watch it with your friends. Fast internet, clean place, the pc's are perfect, there is an entertainment room where you can play pool and ping pong.

This is truly a unique gaming lounge in all of Lebanon. It has a totally different feel to normal gaming lounges - there is no smoking, it is child friendly, and it has a very good setup. They are really popular so make sure you book ahead, especially for holidays. It's my favorite gaming lounge in Lebanon for sure.
