since no one cares to answer in the call centre, and no one called me back, I'm putting this feedback. Last time I was there I left this branch in kaslik and probably wont return. I understand the fact that due to the revolution, not much customers are able to reach your branch which gives your employees a break to chat and make jokes. BUT I wont tolerate the fact that 2 employees "Especially one of them named Raghida" kept saying that they will be closing and looking at us shamelessly as if they wanted us to leave. and guess what ? we actually did leave.

I don't think my review is that important :p Mcdonald is the most famous food chain worldwide. My personal opinion: food is okay, service is amazing! Very cheap prices!

Perfect! You can go to McDonald’s and grab a quick meal; it doesn’t take a lot of time. It usually only takes about 5-10 minutes and your food is ready. If you want a delivery, it takes less than 20 minutes wherever you are and for take out, it takes less than 2 minutes. Definitely recommend it.

A welcoming dining hall with spacious space and friendly staff similar to the Dine In restaurants so it may push the customer to spend more time than needed as fast food restaurants. Moreover, this branch is also special in its cleanliness as well; Last but not least, the staff are friendly and professional! For orders, BIG MAC is the best.

Good for a quick bite

Amiable staff! The food is good as fast food but the prices are expensive for it. The service is really fast and the place is nice. The ambiance is great. The desserts at McCafé are tasteful.

As usual It's a nice place Especially for kids and for someone doesn't want to spend too much money and in a hurry

I am giving it one star only because this location have the worst internet in the world, and for a place where people come to eat AND have a coffee, the management truly does not care about the customers. It took me 15 minutes just to be able send one message... Silly me coming with a laptop to have a coffee and do some work... I will remove this review if the management replied and decided to do something about this

A McDonald’s like no other in the world and not in a good way. They take cash only - no cards (even if your card is in USD). They took off the POS card machines from their self service kiosks (what a joke). They haven’t updated their app or website in years. And they offer no live location tracking for delivery.

This must be the cleanest and biggest Macdonald I've ever been to. Cleaning staff, separate from servers, they never stop. North American Macdonalds can learn a few things from this location.

I ordered from TOTERS at 9:45 PM and waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes before being told they couldn't deliver to Zouk. Lack of upfront communication was frustrating. I will never order again.

If there was a zero it would be that! Food was cold terrible customer service would not go there again we are from Australia , the boy who served us was very rude and arrogant definitely not upto our standards, Will not recommend that maccas if u want a good service and food waste of time👎👎

Ordered the famous trio, very cold food and uneatable even for dogs (pepsi is good tho).

I’m an avid Mc Donalds customer, how ever very disappointed. Came to drive through odered face to face with a member of staff and even though he repeated the order twice the order came wrong. No toy for the happy meal, nuggets cold, asked for diet coke as i am diabetic, after repeating it 3 times they still gave normal coke. Ordered 2 cheese burgers extra pickles only got 1 cold cheese burger and no extra pickles. Staff in this place seriously under trained and have lack of understanding instructions from customers. Big thumbs down. I will be contacting Mc Donalds Headquarters in the USA to complain about the standards of this place.

my experience is ALWAYS AMAZING i don't understand anything the atmosphere is good the food is DELICIOUS i eat their alot and the service is always very fast but i do find that the parking is not small but because the food and service are soo good its sometimes hard to find a place to park but you can always find one and you can even park on the streets but other than that all is AMAZING

McDonald’s Lebanon delivers the McDonald’s experience with subpar ingredients compared to international franchises. I still believe however the experience is enjoyable, prices are fair compared to the purchasing power of the country. It used to taste better and it does taste better outside the country but I guess I’ll take it given the situation in the country and the prices they can offer.

Good for kids, there is a small playground. Outdoor Table are not clean.

Absolutely loved their Lotus cheesecake! Was absolute bliss! Clean and very pleasant services. Kind staff and make an effort to speak in English.

experience was good food was tasty despite the small portion of the burger it was bigger as far as I know, staff was friendly, they should pay attention to the play ground, its for kids not for teenagers to play in it.

I’m not a fast food lover, but at this place I didn’t find the sufficient amount of cleanliness, and the taste was not as other mac branches, I didn’t enjoy my meal, but as a place by the road to grab a quick bite it’s acceptable.

As always when we don't know where to go we choose mcd, always we have a great experience, I found the chicken burger is good, we ordered an offer was for 140,000 lbp with fries and one drink, we enjoyed it, but we feel like it doesn't give a delicious feeling , just a fast meal to fill your stomach, about the service staff are so nice and calm, the place is always clean, wc also, and I notice how the music is sweet and happy not noisy, makes you feel better ♥️👍

It was very busy due to an offer they had the day I went but the staff still managed to keep up and had a proper system implemented to manage taking everyone's order at once even at the back of the line.

Typical #McDonald restaurant in a much larger space, #DriveThru service, easily accessible and good parking space. You can sit in and out doors.
