I
recently
visited
Murray
with
a
group
of
six
people
after
seeing
advertisements
for
the
restaurant.
Unfortunately,
our
experience
was
extremely
disappointing.
The
service
was
very
poor,
with
our
waiter
not
paying
attention
to
details.
For
example,
when
we
ordered
appetizers,
they
did
not
arrive
together.
When
we
ordered
our
main
courses,
another
waiter
had
to
come
and
take
our
order
again
because
it
had
not
been
properly
recorded.
We
ordered
the
large
fish
plate
and
the
large
wings
plate.
The
fish
plate
had
a
terrible
smell
and
was
almost
inedible.
The
wings
tasted
like
they
were
fried
in
old
oil
and
were
not
fresh.
When
we
asked
our
waiter
about
the
fish
smell,
he
called
over
the
manager,
who
offered
to
pack
the
food
for
takeout
since
we
did
not
want
to
eat
it.
We
mostly
ate
the
fries,
which
were
thankfully
okay.
I
also
asked
for
a
San
Benedetto
bottle
twice,
but
our
waiter
forgot
both
times.
When
I
asked
for
it
again
while
we
were
getting
the
check,
he
told
me
that
it
hadn't
been
charged
yet.
I
told
him
that
we
had
already
left
a
tip
of
over
15%,
taking
into
account
the
sparkling
water
bottle,
but
he
kept
insisting
that
it
was
not
included
in
the
bill.
I
had
to
wait
for
five
minutes
at
the
bar
for
the
bottle.
To
top
it
off,
we
were
also
feeling
unwell
the
next
day
after
eating
the
food.
Overall,
this
was
an
extremely
unpleasant
experience,
and
I
would
not
recommend
this
restaurant
to
anyone.
Murray
should
take
responsibility
for
their
mistakes
and
train
their
staff
better.
