Doctors are very rude and overconfident. One trainee doctor told my mother that her health issue can cause death. It turned out that he was totally wrong after checking with another experienced doctor. Many nurses are very rude as well and you will not feel comfortable around them. They tell you that you have to stay in the hospital for a longer time to make sure you stay safe, and sometimes they use this as an excuse so you pay them more for your stay.

The worst hospital ever I was bleeding they left me till my husband shows them the card & paid for them!!! Inhuman people

Very bad hospital, did some tests and left me me for hours in a room hooked up to an IV without explaining when results would come. Had to go in another day to get my receipt, then that took an hour. Kafkaesque!!

God bless hospital Serhal from 7 months i do a big accident at Le Mall Dbaye and when Dr Serhal saw me and before the assurance acceptance he begin with me with the traitements and everything was more than professional you feel like you are at your home! And i don't know what will be happen if i go to another hospital simply she's the best!

Don't bother going there unless you wanna get ripped off. They will refuse to tell how much your operation will cost till you're done, and you're forced to pay the bill.

Went in with food poisoning, gave me IV for half an hour and the nurse said it would be between 70-80$, to my surprise, the receiptionist at the ER (Camille Nemr) told me it would be $100, I check the invoice and they charged me $27 for special consultation from Dr. Samir serhal, who was NEVER present and was NEVER my treating doctor. I'm pretty sure it's because I gave them a non-lebanese ID and they thought they could charge me extra, even though I am Lebanese. I don't care about the monetary amount, I just can't stand people taking advantage of others who come from outside the country. Definitely do not recommend

Very bad experience, government should close this hospital they can't help,they make it worst, especially one of the doctors in gynecologist are not honest
