changed
significantly
over
the
past
year.
In
particular
when
it
comes
to
customer
service
and
respect.
I
am
a
regular
customer
who
comes
in
every
day
almost
especially
when
back
from
trips(as
i
live
abroad)
to
get
their
coffee
most
importantly
because
the
cleanliness
and
staff
was
so
nice,
respectful,
and
friendly.
I
had
the
most
unpleasant
experience
this
last
stay
in
Lebanon
in
December.
I
used
to
request
Toffee
nut
latte
(with
2
pumps)
instead
of
3
(the
normal
dosage)
as
i
had
to
start
cutting
down
on
sugars
gradually.
When
you
do
that
you
can
easily
taste
the
difference
in
sweetness
between
half
or
a
teaspoon
of
sugar
significantly.
1
or
2
out
of
the
3
times
i
made
an
order
one
of
the
people
doing
it
(khalil)
would
give
the
normal
dose
and
act
as
if
it
were
two.
On
several
occasions
i
would
see
him
pump
3
or
even
taste
the
sweetness
but
didn't
comment
because
sometimes
you
would
doubt
yourself
or
give
the
benefit
of
the
doubt.
However;
this
last
time
I
ordered
the
usual
and
he
placed
(5
pumps!!)
Not
even
the
normal
dosage.
Which
i
saw
him
do.
So
I
asked
him
how
many
did
you
put
and
he
said
2.
(I
am
not
sure
why
people
wouldact
dishonestly
and
in
such
a
behavior).
I
told
him
i
just
saw
you
place
5.
He
said
'would
you
like
me
to
repeat
it?'
i
said
'yes
please.'
And
i
saw
him,
he
didn't
even
bother
changing
the
cup
he
kept
pouring
in
the
same
cup
the
milk.Although
i
witnessed
the
whole
thing
i
still
wanted
to
give
the
benefit
of
the
doubt
and
tasted
it
just
to
make
sure
and
it
was
extremely
sweet.
I
then
went
back
to
the
counter
and
asked
him
to
repeat
it
mentioning
this
isn't
the
first
time
he
does
this.
I
am
not
sure
when
respect
for
customers
has
become
a
secondary
act
and
insulting
someone's
intelligence
a
primary
one.
On
another
note
the
toilets
are
very
dirty
and
smell.
Garbage
bins
are
always
packed
with
waste
tissue.
It
is
clear
it
is
not
cleaned
daily.
Hygiene
and
the
staff
at
zouk
mosbeh
is
the
reason
why
i
stopped
going
to
this
branch
and
even
more
maybe
why
my
trips
to
starbucks
overall
have
decreased.It
is
highly
recommended
that
management
prioritizes
hygiene
and
provides
staff
with
in
depth
orientations
on
customer
service
and
respect.
