We
were
invited
here
for
a
Zomato
meetup
a
few
months
ago
(super
late
review,
I
know!)
and
we
enjoyed
our
tour
of
the
kitchen,
learning
about
how
the
food
is
stored
and
treated,
the
cleanliness
policies
in
place,
and
the
logistics
of
everything.
We
also
had
a
cheese
taouk
sandwich
and
a
soujouk
sandwich.
The
cheese
is
super
mildly
flavored,
to
a
point
where
its
addition
brings
nothing
to
the
taouk
sandwich,
it's
almost
not
there
and
I
see
no
point
in
paying
a
little
bit
more
for
it.
Otherwise,
the
sandwich
was
good.
Typical
Malak
Taouk
flavor,
which
if
I'm
being
honest,
I
quite
like.
If
this
was
the
only
experience,
I
would
have
given
it
a
3.5
rating.
But
I
also
dropped
by
another
time
for
a
takeaway
order
and
I
left
with
my
sandwiches
and
completely
forgot
the
side
order
of
2
fries
basket.
When
I
got
home
to
Dbaye,
I
remembered
I
had
left
the
fries
there
so
I
thought
I'd
call
and
ask,
maybe,
just
maybe,
they
noticed
I
left
them
and
send
them
with
a
delivery
to
the
region.
I
got
the
main
call
center,
which
then
routed
me
to
the
Zouk
Mosbeh
branch,
where
the
guy
on
the
phone
was
super
quick
to
say
"Yes,
you
left
them
here
and
we
sent
a
guy
to
catch
you
before
you
got
into
the
car
but
you
were
gone!
Where's
the
address,
I'll
have
it
delivered
right
away!"
That's
super
awesome
customer
experience
and
hence
the
4.0
rating.
