Great service and friendly staff. The staff are amiable and the drinks are amazing! Great place to hangout and study.

We were VERY DISAPPOINTED of the outcome of our visit to Starbucks Rabieh. First of all, we actually ordered a drink with white mocha, which we then noticed that they didn't have, but they made it with regular mocha without asking us. In addition, we ordered a mocha Frappuccino but instead they just gave us something that tasted like chocolate milk without coffee. Moreover, the prices are sky high for cheap quality and not a great service.

Worst experience ever!!! Unfriendly and incompetent staff that doesn't even know how to smile!!! Their treatment of their customer is so poor that it doesn't reflect Starbucks brand and image!!! If they are unhappy with their day or their payday, it's not for the customer who's still loyal to them even throughout this financial crisis to pay the price and have to deal with a disrespectful and miserable staff. Yesterday at 9am I had the worst experience at Starbucks Bayada with a lady staff member, and when the manager came to talk about it he actually made it worse by spitting out lies and not even focusing on what matters which is the customer's issue at hand!! I will never even visit this branch again and I would make sure no one of my friends/colleagues do as well by simply telling them what happened!!

Starbucks are know for their signature coffee, add beautiful scenery and nice Nutella cheese cake 😋

A very warm and friendly welcome in this Starbucks branch. Lovely outdoor area in the back, for nice weather…. And great coffee and snacks of course!

The workers who had their shift till 11 pm were extremely rude. They shouted at me that I can’t take pictures, even though I was taking pictures of my friend & I. Not to mention the fact that they kept interrupting me when I was on a call with someone. As they also kept giving me dirty looks, and they wouldn’t stop staring. My friend & I felt so uncomfortable. All in all, in my opinion, it was an uncomfortable experience, as I felt I wasn’t being treated like a person.
