Worst hotel i ever stayed, I had massage and it was totally awful so I had classic massage but she just made for my leg 20 mins and bak 5 mins while she is sitting and I wanted to speak to front desk manager but receptionest lady was rude and she refused me to speak to front desk manager.

Zaista sjajan hotel za jedan gradić poput Doboja. Sve pohvale za uslugu, ljubaznost i izgled. Nedostatak je mali izbor hrane za doručak. Moram reci da je lepo. Eng. Really great place for medium size town as Doboj. Recomendation for service, polite staff and enterier. Critics is that breakfast food pour. It is really nice.

Worst experience with a hotel ever. They tried to overcharge us for everything. They agreed on one deal and then tried to charge us additionaly for things we already agreed upon. Would never recommend to anyone, you'll definitely have issues with them.

I always park my car in their garage and have no issues. Staff is very polite and professional.

They should stop smoking insite!!

Just an average hotel. They issued a wrong invoice to our company. Be careful, they added 1 more person to my invoice.

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal, besonders an der Rezeption. Zimmer sind sauber. Frühstück könnte man etwas bessern... Frisches Obst und Käse Auswahl wäre toll... Kaffe in Restaurant schmeckt lecker, Kuchen auch :-)

Sehr nobles Hotel mit Wellness-Bereich. Äußerst freundliches Personal, welches stets bemüht ist den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Sehr leckeres Frühstück und Abendessen im Restaurant.

Food and drinks are okay but some staff - very unprofessional

Amazing hotel in city centre. Clean, cheap and with a great view over the park. Only negative aspect it’s the breakfast, but it’s about my taste…

“Very good, but not friendly for the non-smoking guests” Everything was really just fine except for the smoking. The hotel is in the very centre and I am sure the best place to stay in Doboj (there are no many other hotels, really). Everything is new, the shower is perfect. Really nice. I am not sure I would come back mainly because of the smoking in the hotel. This is, unfortunately, a problem you will find everywhere in Bosnia and Herzegovina: smoking is allowed everywhere almost. A shame here is that some things would be easy to solve but it is not happening. Not only in the restaurant but also in the lobby it is allowed to smoke. So all the smoke is going up to the other floors and thus also the room. The hallway smells of smoke, and also the rooms. I guess the smoke is in the carpets and it enters the room as well. In the restaurant, there is no smoking-free area either. Again, such a shame, a great hotel, but smoking is a big problem. They could at least forbid smoking in the lobby/reception area and other common areas. The door between the lobby is there and can be closed easily and kept closed. Breakfast is ok, but very basic. Coffee in the breakfast area is not nice, in the cafe/restaurant very good. So better take your coffee there and pay (very cheap).

I stayed in here during bussiness trips for almost 1,5 months. Rooms are clean and usefully decorated. There are lots of plugs in the room. Internet connection is fast. There are some meeting rooms with projector. You can use open or closed carpark. Breakfast is good and strong enough. Thanks for hotel staff for making this comfortable conditions. I can stay in here if I make a holiday trip in future.

Really nice place. The rooms were awesome, and although there were two separate beds we had no trouble combining them to a single French bed. The key cards worked well, somehow they even wired them up with the electricity in the room which found awesome (warning, no charging while you're away from the room). Great bar/restaurant with live music and great view on the fortress.

Very nice service, clean with very good beds. Has SPA which is nice. Breakfast is o.k. but nothing special. If you are more than 3 use only apartment as spare bed is not to be used by anybody. Can be crowdy in a bar as it is quite popular in City.

Tv is not working, shower smells awful, water dropping from the ceilling, very uncomfortable bed, staff was unprofessional and not helpful with above mentioned issues

Wellness was good, but for example the jacuzzi was damaged without bubbles and the water massage in the pool also did not work. The clock on the wall did not work. The staff was friendly and the massages were good. Great environment.

Loved it! The staff, the rooms everything was great. And if you are lucky, Bojan will be your waiter and this guy will really take care of you. I will definitely visit this hotel in the future. Keep up the good work, 👍👍👍👍
