Lousy and AMATEUR approach, especially from the young personnel (vets). When a doctor pronounces opinion, he either enforce it or doesnt say it. Becouse of such neglectance my dog ate her paw, she had an infection running, which they couldnt handle!!! STAY AWAY!

Very understanding in relation with my finances available.and advised me according .I have 7dogs 7cats with low pension so at times very difficult to budget for animals welfare has I would like.but these people listen and compromise for me.couldnt ask for anything more.

Haben um 09:00 einen Termin gehabt. Unsere kleine Katze wurde pünktlich angenommen.Wir wurden angerufen als die Behandlung abgeschlossen war. Bei der Abholung wurde gut erklärt wie wir die Wunde versorgen sollten.Eine Spritze und vier Tabletten zur Nachsorge wurden uns kostengünstig dazugegeben. Alles in Allem sehr freundlicher Arzt der sogar bemüht war mit uns in Deutsch zu kommunizieren. 👍👍👍
