Excellent selection of high-end products they have everything from clothes to houseware all in one location the prices are at least half price of what you'd pay at most retail stores I bought a Steve Madden purse original retail price was $59 it was Mark down and on clearance so I got it for $20 they have excellent hair, skin and beauty products at extremely low prices I bought a Lancome blush palette which retails around $45 I paid $19 Ross is a great place to shop for anything you need the only complaint is the customer service is lacking there are not enough Associates working and aside from the manager most Associates are unpleasant I asked three different people who work there what time they closed none of them knew but they savings is worth not having excellent customer service

I shop on a regular at this store until today. Never again! Was trying to get a refund on shorts (tags still on had my receipt and was told no that they couldn't override the computer. Gave me a voucher to instead. I went outside called the corporate office and explained the situation and it was resolved. Had to go back to store to get my money and it was not given back nicely. The manager was not happy to do it. The cashier stared me down. Seems this store has been getting complaints. Will drive a distance before I step foot back in that store. It definitely isn't the store it use to be...Going down and with that staff and management I can see why it's getting worse.

They better close that store. It looked like the day before everyone passed by Ross to buy something. The store was almost empty. I was there a Saturday not a Monday. Empty shelves, empty spots, and only a few sections with a decent variety of stuffs.

I was surprised that this store isn't like it used to be. Maybe they're trying to get inventory down for taxes? I don't know. It used to be one of my favorite stores when hubby and I lived in Darien on the island.

It was the Saturday before Christmas, probably the busiest they will be all year. Two cashier's, so the line went to the back of the store!!! Bad management.

Items purchased was at a very good price, I didn't spend as much as I thought I would. Great place to shop. They're putting out Christmas decorations. I Love Christmas decorations.

Thus store never has what im looking for. Quality is severely lacking.

The selection of plus sized clothes seems to be worse every time I visit. The shoe sizes are very inconsistent. I found a few cute outfits for my granddaughter, but that was it.

Great selection of merchandise at excellent prices. The store was well organized and staff was efficient and friendly.

Huge store. Look ransacked. No organization, stuff everywhere. I found myself frustrated. Like tidy up a bit. If Burlington or TJ Maxx can do it, Ross can too....Geesh....
